Dunkin' — Restaurant in Haverford Township

The place was clean enough, the staff was nice and helpful, but I wasn't thrilled when I ordered a cup of coffee the same exact way I do at every other dunkin donuts, and I took a sip and had to force myself to swallow it as oppose to spitting it out all over the floor bc it was so terrible...upon politely questioning the staff as to why it tasted completely different than every other dunkin donuts and why it was so bitter, I was educated that there apparently are TWO different types of French vanilla creamer, one sweetened one without sugar. When I ordered my coffee and Asked for extra cream for some reason he took it upon himself to assume I didn't want any sugar-even tho I didn't say I didn't want sugar...and then when he remade it with the sweetened French vanilla he didn't our extra cream in it like I originally asked, so I had to get a handful of little individual half& half packets and struggle opening them all and putting them in my coffee myself, so NEEDLESS to say, I wasn't that impressed...and I'm really NOT a difficult our...

I’m extremely upset at the discrimination that happened at the location just now. My boyfriend was waiting for me to pick him up and we love Dunkin’ (we buy coffee from you EVERY SINGLE DAY) so he decided to walk to a Dunkin’ and sit and enjoy coffee. The woman at the counter yelled at him that he could not sit down. She then proceeded to let in a group of girls, a man on a laptop and another guest in to sit inside as he sat outside by himself drinking coffee. He then went inside and voiced how upset he was. She did nothing about the situation. Why was he denied service??? Why was he treated like that?? Because he had work boots on and a greek accent??? I’m very confused and want to know what occurred here with this woman. I will never buy coffee from you again if this situation is not...

I like their iced tea, that they have the Philadelphia Daily News and that they're convenient to stop at in the morning, at least as long as I leave early enough. But their bagels aren't that great and I really like Krispy Kreme's doughnuts way, way better. But I'd have to leave my place at least 30 minutes earlier to be able to stop at Krispy Kreme and get to work on time. So if I even have time to stop in the morning, it's either Dunkin Donuts or Wawa. And I just haven't felt like doing Wawa in the mornings for the last few weeks. Another reason that I've stuck with DD is because I'm trying to stay away from drinking coffee and if I go to KK, the temptation to get their delicious frozen coffee drink might be...
