This Dunkin is so so. Some days my order is perfect, the staff is smiling and friendly and I'm happy as a clam. Other days, my order is very very wrong and I get attitude from employees. The service really depends on who is working. Five stars to the workers who make my day by being kind, dilligent and respectful. Two stars to the employees who very obviously don't want to be there and don't care about the customer experience. I've been completely ignored before and feel like those employees are bring down the rest of the branch which is sad. But I keep going back because those who deserve to be there and have a job are wonder and always brighten my day. So thank you to those who care, you do make a difference. Waited about 6 mins for the drive thru to move up, amd in the mean time i was asked if i had ordered, which i said i had and repeated my order to her again, and she repeated it back with the price for TWO bagels. Finally got up to the window, the girl handed me my order and said Thanks. As I always do at every drive thru, i always double check my order for accuracy before pulling away. When i opened the bag there was ONE bagel inside. I simply took the bagel out of the bag with one hand and showed her the empty bag with the other and stated, "Seriously"??
