You guys are horrible its this location I prefer my coffee lighter so I make sure to let them know ahead of time and pay for the extra milk so why is it you guys are still handing out swamp water like its embarrassing you canāt comprehend something that any other location can. Let alone I purchased two butter croissants why am I being handed two sausage wake up wraps. Truthfully its either incompetence or a language barrier. Its sad I am unable to simply get my coffee and breakfast made correctly before going into work that im paying $13 for its crazy there should be a requirement to read and speak ENGLISH fully. Your making orders and messing with peoples money you should have somewhat of an understanding of the language at least enough to do the job correctly its ridiculous I was there at 7:50 it was not busy so thatās not the issue re train your employees to follow instructions especially when the customer is PAYING FOR ALTERATIONS IN THEIR BEVERAGES and its not some crazy order itās 6 oat-milk and 6 caramel in my coffee āI like my coffee light I will pay for extra milkā was my exact words with two butter croissantsā¦.not complex or crazy extremely simple instructions. What can possibly go wrong 𤣠let's see the girl with braces who is Caucasian I'll never forget because she stole my cars ash tray I gave to her full of change (which I did feel bad for usually I tip but was struggling) she took my ashtray never gave it back last time I was there mind you it's clean I don't smoke in my car using it today I ordered 2 ice coffees and one hot all large I wasn't given a receipt at the 1st window which I can careless for but when you give me an attitude questioning my 2nd coffee I ordered asking for a receipt it's understandable but the guy at the mic had more customer service and common courtesy I felt like I was getting customer service in roxbury massachusetts from her specifically everytime I go there which is why I stopped tipping nvm going to that dunkins unless I have to it's highly unprofessional my ash tray alone for my car is 5$ because my car was discontinued so now I have to hunt for that and deal with an angry whiney little girl who hates her job or her life but it's not my problem if you don't like your job or your life go change it no customer should be dealing with her anger management problems personally think she needs counseling aswell I was a manager at a hotel and I fire at will for that type of behavior definitely not spending 20$ there again for this...

She acted as though nothing happened I looked at her and said really, I had to suggest she refund me as a courtesy were talking white shirt and light blue pants a lot of coffee. She gets the manager Nadia who refunds me for 1 coffee I had to suggest you don't think you should refund my order as a compliment to say sorry. She says oh I wasnt going to refund and give you the coffee's because your not paying for them. Are you kidding me right now, she can see the entire mess all over me and my car and the server from the window even told her the cover wasn't on . And she says her boss would not want her to do that.
So the moral of this story is patron this Winter st Dunkins at your own risk because not only is the " boss " not willing to allow them to stand by their customer service but the manager on duty is not willing to either.
Complete foolishness in all my years of customer service experience never would I have thought something like this would be a hard decision for a shift...
