Delicious huli chicken and great service! Takeout only, there was a tent in an open parking lot. Ample space to park! Cash or venmo only. We ordered the huli dry rub chicken and mini marinated chicken plate. Each plate came with a scoop of rice, mixed veggies, and 1 chicken quarter. Also came with banana ketchup and lechon came with a vinegar/soy sauce? Lechon was crispy and chewy and chicken was tender and had a great smokey flavor. Only in that parking lot on the weekends! The ladies working there were a treat! It was a perfect first meal and experience in Kaua'i.

The pork and beef ribs are beyond words to describe how good they are. I’ve had ribs fall off the bone with no where the quality of the flavor on these. I ONLY recommend the ribs since the veggies might have been out of a can and the lechon was dry even with the sauce. The chicken marinated and dry rub was good but not fantastic after starting with the ribs. Typically, I would prefer chicken over ribs but the ribs here we’re out of this world perfect in every way possible

The best Hulu Huli chicken anywhere period! Whether you get the marinade or dry rub you won't go wrong. The combo plates are enough for two. My goto is the dry rub chicken and ribs combo. These ribs are the best you can get anywhere! The chicken is moist and so flavorful. Combo plates run $16 or so, again worth every nickle. Please don't come here for vegan options.

Food: We got the Happy Plate to try a bit of everything. The ribs are very tasty and flavorful. Between marinated and dry chicken, the latter one is more salty, but both of them go well with the chili water. It’s such a refreshing flavor! Service: very sweet ladies help us with orders. Ambiance: they are a good stand in the parking lot, so the sun was a bit stinging.

Drove past, doubled back and bought our lunch! We each got the mini rib plate. Drove on to Lydgate park, found a picnic table and the food was still warm! Friendly service at ordering and pickup. Spoke to the grill master who allowed me to photograph his impressive grill.

Love the chicken and ribs here paid around $32 get a lot of food to filled 3-4 people up! Very cheap great food great location just 5 mins from airport. We did the first thing after we landed we drove to beach and have meal. There are lot parking. Take out only no sitting
