KFC — Restaurant in Hawaii

I recently dined at Kentucky Fried Chicken and had an outstanding experience that absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The food was nothing short of delicious. The signature fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just as I remember from childhood. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the sides—especially the mashed potatoes and coleslaw—were the perfect complement to the meal.

What truly stood out, though, was the friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and prompt service. The employees were attentive and eager to make sure my order was just right. They even offered recommendations on their popular menu items, which I really appreciated.

They handle customer service very poorly. I took my family to eat there last night and half way through my famous bowl I see something sharp sticking out. My husband took the bowl back to show them (very polite about it) and the lady tells him that the only way it could get there is if he did it. She said it looks like he broke the knife and stuck it in there so he told her to come to the table and show him the broken pieces and she refused so he walked back the unopened knife they gave and gave it to them. They had nothing to say. She didn't even apologize. She's lucky it was my food and not my 8 year old son. If I could I would give 0 stars for bad customer service at that...

I was disappointed to find the wedge fries were no longer available. Then when I asked for the 8 piece with cole slaw and Mac n cheese, less the potatoes and gravy it cost me $41.00. I was shocked to say the least. When I got it home and unpacked the food I found that the cuts of chicken were much smaller and the biscuits were very small and very dry. On the positive side, the side dishes were larger than they used to be. I probably won't be returning to KFC even thought I do crave their recipe sometimes.
