Passed this so many times while on the road and, well, let's just say I won't be forgetting about it anytime soon. Once you open the door to Melrose, you are transported in time to the cutest boutique and coffee shop with the most comforting coquette vibes. While things are a bit expensive you really can't judge the prices because I think every cent was completely worth it. If you are a sweet coffee fiend and looking for a delicious coffee, I can honestly say that the coconut cream Vietnamese coffee is the coffee I have been searching for-- best I've had on island. So incredibly smooth and sweet (and they got the good ice). The baked goods were delectable as well, I had the black truffle egg croissant. Full disclosure the coffee is a little on the sweet side, but it’s good. The shop is adorable and has lots of little bits and bobs to look at. The customer service was out of this world. I forgot to mention that I have a dairy allergy so they put their sea salt cream topper on my coffee, when I found out and gave it to my sister they immediately offered to make me a new coffee on the spot no questions asked (even though it was my mistake and the sign clearly says all drinks topped with cream unless asked not to). Melrose has officially stolen my heart! From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in the most charming and inviting atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable and at ease. But let's talk about the food – it was absolutely insane. Every bite was a flavor explosion, and it's clear that they put so much care and passion into their dishes. Honestly, I'm still dreaming about it. And to top it all off, the staff were beyond nice.
