So I dine in for dinner and I ordered with large water. But before ordering I ask to use the restroom a short philippino lady let me use the restroom. She appeared not friendly. But I politely I said thank you and she never reply back. So like I said earlier I made my order with same short philippino lady, she was not friendly. So I ate my meal then I was finished I ask for more water. So the same lady assist to give more water, she used another cup as I was holding my original cup. She handed to me and poured into my original cup, it didn't quite fill the cup so ask her if I could just get just water and no ice..I filled the up and walked my car. I poured the water into my personal flask, then I went on my way to church. During church I took a sip from flask and it tasted like sprite. It didn't taste like water.. I was avoiding soda for health reasons... I was upset. Later that same evening we went back to the restaurant Jack in the box while I was waitingfor my order for my friend, I approached the same lady and told her that she gave me soda instead of water, she never apologize she just laughed and ask since I'm here do you want water.. still waiting an apology or some thing.. So I told her what If I was allergic or can't have soda what then.. She again laughed and said nothing... Just unexpected nor unacceptable of anything from this lady. I went home thinking this women does not empathy nor remorse to her action nor apologetic to this matter.. I called the restaurant just to speak to hear me incident no one answer. Just unacceptableto how she handle the situation at this restaurant. IT IS A BIG DEAL TO ME IT WAS MY HEALTH NOT HERS.. UNACCEPTABLE... she check her attitude before coming to work or handle urself.. what happened...
Read moreI don’t write reviews, but I’ve been burned too many times to not leave feedback for this restaurant. While I won’t go into detail about every awful experience at this location (wrong orders, wait times, rude workers, cold food) this last experience was enough to put the final nail in the coffin.
I ordered lunch for my wife and myself through the app as we’ve always done only to get to the restaurant, and be told that half of what we ordered was not in stock. Fine. I asked for a refund on the items already purchased that could not be provided, but was told, “we don’t do refunds here, but you can submit a request online.” Fine. I did this only to met with an email weeks later stating, “we’re sorry you had a bad experience,” and no compensation was ever returned for the items we purchased but did not receive. That’s theft.
I get home that same day and notice a second charge from Jack that was more expensive than my actual purchase. (This is a completely separate charge than the one I placed through the app) I quickly realized my card was ran for someone else’s order, or a made up order and disputed the charge that night, to which the dispute was won almost immediately. Again, this is theft, 2 times in one day.
I’ve never had this experience with any other establishment, let alone twice in one day. There is something crooked going on here, and I hope that someone can take a serious look to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Most probably wouldn’t notice, but I’ve kept a keen eye, as this isn’t uncommon for this location. I always chalked it up to a one off in the past, but clearly that is...
Read moreToday I made a rather large order through the drive-thru around 10:45. A part of this order was 2 orders of 7 jalapeño poppers I only received one through the drivethru and didn’t catch it until I was at the intersection, but mistakes happen. I return to the store whose drive-thru is busy and lobby is closed. I catch the attention of a worker and I explained that I was missing an order of poppers but wasn’t given a receipt. She checks on the order, discovers I was charged for it, but states that the girl who bagged my order said it was in the bag. She told me to go check the bags again. I do so and return with the food. The girl that bagged my order comes to the door, takes a peek at my bag and says “I’m the one that bagged your order are you sure it wasn’t in there?”. I’m guessing that these guys get stolen from a lot?? What more can I do to show that a piece of my order is missing. I tell her “ I want a full refund if I’m not going to get what I payed for” as I offer the bags of food in my hands. At that point I wasn’t going to check for a fourth time. Seems kind of extreme to have to request a full refund to get what I ordered and payed for. What a weird way to end my night. Ultimately I got what I payed for but that is such an unwarranted and unappreciated interaction. maybe try not treating every customer that returns...
