Teapresso Bar Waianae — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Horrible service with employee that would rather argue than get my business.

I’ve come to this location two times this year, it’s not my normal store, and they told me I was unable to buy an extra cup. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old that both love the drinks here, but I always split them. I’ve done it twice at this location, so when I asked for an extra cup with boba in it I was shocked to hear they wouldn’t allow that. You seriously would rather lose my $25 order than sell me a cup for $1? Shoot, charge me $2 for all I care - but you can’t seriously think it’s good for business to lose a repeat customer over this cup.

To top it all off the employee told me it was IMPOSSIBLE that I got an extra cup from this location in the past…do people really come in and lie about stuff like that? I’ve done it here twice before, and I’ve done it at 3 other locations on island.

Each Teaspresso has a different owner, and apparently this one has no idea how business works. No wonder it’s completely empty every time I’ve been here.

You guys have made your last dollar off of me, can’t wait to see...

Such a BEAUTIFUL spot to have in Waianae. This place is a gem in the Waianae community! Locally owned which makes it even more special. To have people from the community build a business in the community, so awesome!! The husband and wife were so sweet & you can tell that they love doing what they do! I had the cookie butter latte and OMG🤤🤤🤤 I’m definitely coming back to try more flavors!! I also got the chocolate chip walnut cookie & the s’more cookie, a WINNER!! Not to mention they make their own hurricane popcorn!! So so ONO!! Such a BLESSING to have here in our hometown of Waianae!! I pray this place...

Worst of their locations. The lady in there is so inconsistent with drinks. There’s only a few people that work there if you go, you’ll know who I’m talking about.

Also very convenient that they are always out of boba. AT A BOBA SHOP. Especially at like noon??? Get up and make some more? Get off your phone? That’s like the ice cream shop having no ice cream. Then asking what you want to order? I came here for the only thing you sell, and you’re too lazy to make more. Has happened to me a dozen...
