What I ordered: Meatball Sub: Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread, meatballs, pepper jack cheese, creamy sriracha, and Parmesan cheese. FL Chicken Cheese Dipper: This was the only thing they got right. Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie: The manager admitted that they hadn't included this in my order. Turkey Sub: Multigrain bread, turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, oil, red wine vinegar, mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt.
Not only did they mess up our order, but when my girlfriend and I called to inform them about the mistake, the manager was rude and unpleasant. Whoever the manager of this establishment is, she refused to believe the order had been incorrect. She claimed she had made the order herself and even mentioned something about it being slow there. If it was slow, how could she not take the time to get the order right? How incompetent and careless do you have to be to make such a mistake? I wouldn't be as frustrated as I am if she had just been a bit more respectful in her attitude.

Took until 12:45 to even be acknowledged after standing in line at the register for half an hour just to be told my order wasn’t ready. Came back at 1 after picking up an order at an adjacent restaurant— my order was the one sitting on top of their microwave, that they checked 15 minutes prior and told me wasn’t mine. An hour wait for a single sandwich! If you mobile order - forget about it - they don’t have an order stand like the rest of the subways I’ve ever been to so you stand in line waiting anyway.
