Junjira Fresh Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Hawaii

This is my favorite Thai place in Captain Cook, my neighborhood, and is better than any in Kailua-Kona except Thai Rin. The vegatables are fresh and always crispy in every dish I've had. Prices are good. Photo shown is half of an order of Kee Mow rice noodle with vegetables. I was so hungry I forgot to take the picture:) For addinng shrimp at $2, I got 5 shrimps. I actually like this place and I always tip when I come. But I found a piece of steel wool in my food. I tried to bring my food back and asked for a refund. They offered to remake the food but were not open to a cash refund. Personally I’d prefer to not continue eating food from an establishment that has already made this sort of mistake so a refund would’ve been more ideal in my mind. These Thais are terrified of spicy or flavorful Thai food. Other than that, it's a fine option. Just know if you order extra extra extra Thai Hot - you will receive what a normal Thai restaurant would serve as mild. It will also be bland and pretty un-exciting. With so many good Thai options on the island, this place is best to avoid unless you're stuck down south and in desparate need of something Thai-like, and you passionately...
