This is a hidden gem, serving authentic Kapampangan cuisine. They serve classics like pork adobo and sisig, but also hard to find items like pork dinuguan (chocolate mole), bulalo, and kare kare. They also make their own chicharron and patupat. The lechon kewali is a must try! Large portions, made with love, and simply delicious. Reminded me of the food I had in Clark/Angeles and Palawan. I believe they just opened so everyone should try this place if they get a chance. Best Filipino food I’ve had outside of the Philippines hands down 🤙

2/25/2022 Wandered by because hubby wanted chicharon. The bag was a good size portion, cut into manageable pieces, and the chicharon was fresh and crispy. The empanada looked interesting to me so I wanted to try it. The lady working wrapped it up neatly in foil. I believe the filling was ground pork and egg. The filling was really tasty! Four stars only because the empanada shell was not crispy but soggy which made it hard to chew & the shell also seemed to have no seasoning/flavor.

Went there for the chicken papaya soup based on my good buddy’s recommendation. He was right, it’s great with lots of chicken, papaya and kalamunguy leaves. It comes with jasmine rice. Also, got the gisantes and pinakbet combo with pancit. It was all delicious. Parked in the 2nd level parking structure downstairs and the escalators lead right up to the entrance of the food court where Pampanga is located in.

Horrible food and prices. If you ever been to Elena’s or Juliez do not eat here. Your expectations will be severely disappointed. I ordered lechon kawali and their pork adobo fried rice omelette for 30$ first bite I took I noticed it did not taste like you authentic Filipino food. The rice was jasmine rice for one. Completely different texture and taste and the adobo was dry. The lexhon kawali was basically just roast pork with tomato and onion. No vinegar and they cut them into huge pieces. The food looks great but looks can be deceiving. Especially for the price. They are just selling the names and they price match juliez and elenas. But the difference is night and day. If your looking for authentic Filipino food just go to either of those spots. Their food tastes like it was flown in straight from the Philippines. Customer service was ok. Definitely the worst 30$ I’ve spent. Very disappointed and I won’t ever eat here again. Stick to what you know and dont...

Family orders from them 1x a week, I would say for the most part they have been good. The food is good and so is the chicharon (pork grinds). The only thing is that there is no clear line for phone orders vs walk-in vs Doordash. Phone orders are suppose to be faster, but got in line to pick up my food after calling it in (coming from town), as there is no distinction, which took another 30 mins. Then they let the door dash and some guy they "know" cut me instead of having them wait in line like everyone else. No customer service whatsoever. At least say sorry let me get the doordash or sorry for the long wait. She didn't even know who was next in line. Just overall horrible. I get it your busy but a simple acknowledgement...

Today I went to Pampsngs kitchen to buy some lunch. The ordering process was fast even though took 15 plus minutes to get my orders. The chicken papaya was not very good salty per my mother, They put matonguy leaves which was wired. The chicken afobo was also very sslyunlikr it was marinsted with saucesoy sauce before being cooked. The skins was removed gir what reasons. The pancit was kind of salty watery, & didn't taste like pancit. The bangos sinigan I didn't try yet. But if taste is bad will just throw in rubbish can. Along with the other dish. First & Last time I will order foods from here again. They should change their cook with a better taste budd so foods won't be too salty & worth eating &...
