If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! I was a walk-in to go order. When I walked in the lobby was filled with workers around 10..I placed my order 5 traditional wings & fries to go. My order was placed at 5:06pm. When the girl handed my receipt to me she said it would be about 10 mins...so I sat in the lobby area waiting just to listen to the staff in the lobby area talk about irrelevant stories/conversing that customers shouldn't have to overhear. It was getting close to 6pm & still no food. The girl who rung me up left even before I did. So after waiting for a good 35-45 minutes I walked up to the 3 girls who were just standing around & asked if one of them can check for my order. She went in the back & came out saying "their just adding one more thing then it'll be ready"...mind you I only ordered 5 wings & fries...what else can you be adding that'll take this long???! So I waited a good 5 more minutes or so then walked back to the front counter, the girl showed me my order & I walked out to my car...I thought something didn't look right so I opened it again to really look to see that those weren't even the type of wings I ordered!! I looked at my receipt & took it right back in to get a full refund. I didn't even want anything on the house! Just to wait even long for the right order...NAH I'm good! I asked for a manager who was just a joke. His response was "sorry I didn't make it"...obviously!!! But that doesn't excuse the fact that its wrong & I waited almost a full hour for it!! So I asked for his manager...nicer guy but I told him I still wanted to put in a complaint to the company because this was terrible service! He said the general manager was actually here & I could speak to him...waited for the general manager to come out to let him know about this problem...he just said repeatedly "you waited almost a hour"...like I was lying...I showed my receipt of when the order was taken opposed to when I actually received it in hand...just for it to be wrong! The refund was at 5:50pm. So yes that's almost a hour! Then the general manager went on to say "the people you see working in the lobby are just to greet & sit the guest"...mind you there was about 10 of them...& he said "2 people are working to do the to-go orders"...so I looked at him like..."Now what does that tell you?!"...that you need less workers standing around hoarding the lobby area & more people working the actual orders so people don't have to wait 45mins to a hour for 5 wings...just for it to be the wrong order. This place is garbage. The management is garbage too! The way they handled it...
Read moreThere are a few different issues with the evening first the wait staff was very unpleasant! the attitudes of everyone in the establishment were very rude! the management team we’re very fickle they weren’t helping or assisting anyone! most of them were in the kitchen from the table that I was sitting at when I stood up I saw a manager stick her hand in a basket of macaroni and cheese and put her finger inside someone’s plate and put the mac & cheese on a Serving platter!! They called her Jess. I also saw two employees that stood out! one Hosts with dark hair and a gold rosary!! Named Bethany I also saw an african American woman working harder then management! Her name is Naima!! I am from the mainland I’ve never seen a corporate Buffalo wild wings like this before. Worst visit,they usually have clean floors. This restaurant was dirty the bar staff was spilling drinks all over place. Dirty silverware. I saw a customer almost slip just going to the bar to get there own drink because it took so long. Waitstaff and management in the restaurant were all too busy texting on their cell phones!! This restaurant deserves a huge lawsuit They can’t possibly pass health inspection this is disgusting who is in charge of this restaurant because this is disgusting I plan to let all my friends know and as well as Hawaii news now!! Everyone show know how disgusting your restaurant is and how lazy your employees are! Here’s a thought!!!Maybe pay them enough to want to work there!
Don’t eat here it’s gross! I don’t recommend unless you like eating roaches off the floor and floor that over flowing trash cans!!!

I remember in the past how packed it was, full of people enjoying wings, drinks, and cheering on their teams. Not anymore. The decline of this chain restaurant has been drastic over the past 5 years. The time before this visit we were in Alaska, and It was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. This time wasn't as bad, but it wasn't good by any means. Food quality wasn't good at all. The wings don't have much sauce on them. Some had no sauce! The salt and vinegar wings didn't have any seasoning on them. Then the bill... almost $50 for 15 bone-in wings, a black bean burger with cold fries, and 2 waters. They only have menus for drinks and promotions on the table. For the actual food menu, you have to scan a QR code, but be aware that the prices aren't correct, and your bill will be higher than expected. I mentioned it to our server (he was great and did a good job) he said he would see if he could get it discounted. He came back with a menu that showed the price was correctly charged. So I asked why there weren't any menus on any of the tables? I was told the hostess usually brings them, yet nobody had one. I'll never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings again. Also, you can get better wings for less at any Von's locations on Oahu. (I forgot to get a picture of the itemized receipt, but the wings were almost $3 more, and my wifes veg burger was also more than the downloaded...
