My sister and I were recommended Rainbeau Jo’s by a local resident on our first day of our vacation. Our grave error was waiting until the last 5 days of our 12-day trip to get to Rainbeau Jo’s. This place is AMAZING. The coffee is fantastic, the vibes are impeccable, and I’m still dreaming about the Cowabunga on rosemary bagel (one of the March specials). We went every day after our first visit and were never disappointed. Beau and Jo are so enthusiastic about life and friends and sharing their love of coffee with anyone who walks through the door. They had my coffee order down pat by the third visit, which I think qualifies me as a Regular (16oz latte with nonfat milk and coconut flavor). They were both so excited to see us walk through the door every morning and we were so thrilled to be greeted with joyful smiles and endearing enthusiasm. We came for the coffee and we stayed for the vibes and the coffee and also the bagels. I can’t recommend Rainbeau Jo’s enough. Come get a coffee and be part of Beau and Jo’s family.

Decided to try this place out while waiting for my sis to pau work. It was easy to find (bright pink umbrellas), corner of Rice St and Umi St before Kiibo. Street parking or you can find parking in the back along Umi St and Ewalu St. As you walk in happy unicorn vibes as the owner greets everyone that comes in. While in line look at the menu and enjoy the positivity. I decided to go for cold brew and a plain bagel (which they make in house) with the BrahVacado. The cold brew was bitter yet smooth, the kick of caffeine was definitely there. I liked the bagel, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Avocado, tomato, and sprouts were fresh and the hit of the garlic butter were tasty bites. I got there maybe about 830ish, Sunday morning and there was a rush of both local and tourists. There might be a bit of a wait but they are efficient in getting your order out to you. All in all, good eats.

What a fun coffee shop. Jo is the man! If someone yelled at you when you walked in and made you feel valued and welcomed, it was him. He and the rest of the staff are hustling and bustling getting everyone their coffee as soon as humanly possible.. just chill I regularly was 5-10 people deep in line and it flew by! They are understaffed and they acknowledge it and ask for your patience while you wait... just relax and wait. It really isn't that long and you won't regret it, food was fresh and tasty.. I've had an iced dirty Chai and a quad espresso over ice, both were made well and tasted great! The food was delicious and fresh! My favorite part was how fresh, the tomatoes were cold which I love, the cream cheese was also cold, the croissants were warm and fluffy and toasted just right.. yum. I've been here 2/4 days and I'm about to head there now for 3/4 days of my trip.

🤩Wow!!! Rainbeau Jo's was a hidden gem, but no more. It is a crowd favorite! From Beau's custom greeting for each customer, new and old, to Jo's perfectly brewed coffee concoction, a huge smile erupted on my face on my first visit. I have become a true fanatic of this extremely awesome positive vibe coffee cafe. True Aloha exists here with their heart-warming customer service that truly welcomes you into the "fam". Fellow vegans, this place is also vegan friendly!!! And I don't only mean the coffee, but yummy eats too!!!🥰On top of it all, you can place mobile orders and have a separate window to pick those up from. You must experience this wonderful stop in your adventure of life!!! I promise you will also leave with a smile on your face like I do each time I drop in. Mahalo Nui Beau & Jo for your awesomeness in all that you do and provide us on Kauai!😘🤙🏼🌺

Beau and Jo are the absolute cutest, most welcoming, friendly, shop owners we have ever met. We are so glad we started our special day celebrating our 10 year anniversary with them. From the second we were greeted at the window and invited to hula-hoop, to the time we took our Kauai island recommendations and had to leave, we were grinning ear to ear. Nicest people ever. We left feeling like best friends and were only here about 20 minutes. 30%+ tip well deserved. I ordered the "Lax it up" bagel & the "Sleepy Giant" coffee. My husband ordered the "Bravocado" bagel and the "Hawaii Sunrise" smoothie. Everything was delicious. Money well spent. The shop was adorable, and learning about their evolution from food truck during COVID, to this *extremely popular* location was intriguing. Wish we lived nearby, this place is must see while on vacation in Kauai!
