I attempted to call to cancel an order as the app had defaulted to this subway rather than the one I had intended, and the only way to cancel was to call, which I did not know until I found that information on the app after much searching. My first call, nobody answered. When I called again I was told that they couldn't cancel it as they had made the sandwiches already. While I understand that it was the fault of the app, I was told that I am rude for wanting them to cancel my order and refund me. I spent half an hour trying to get the owner to understand that I just wanted a refund, but he insisted he was losing money and would not cancel the order. He was yelling at me and was very rude. The servers tend to be good, but the owner does not understand how to cater to customers. I have worked in retail and understand that generally speaking its fine to just do as a customer asks. Yes its annoying, but in this case it was not the fault of either party. Overall the owner was very unprofessional about the situation and was unwilling to even compromise or come up with a solution. Recently I ordered a hot honey sandwich and I got a lot of veggies, some chicken but absolutely no sauce at all. As pictured. Soda machine, broken. Female staff standing at the register didn’t even bother to acknowledge us, just stood there even though we had a mobile order and just needed to pick up.
