Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I used delivery service for my order and they failed to make my order correctly. Missing paid condiments and incorrectly made one of my pizzas. I tipped the delivery driver as I normally do, but when I called to express my concerns of my order. I wanted a refund for the condiments that I said not receive and the incorrect pizza. Instead of offering the delivery driver to come back and pick up the messed up order. Customer service then ask me to bring back the pizza with my own vehicle with gas and mileage in which they are not paying for. You guys had one job and talk mess it up. Terrible...

Everytime I place an order a mistake is 9/10. I.E I'll order beef with chicken no pork. I'll get pork and chicken or three different types of meat. I do not consume pork. Not to mention 9/10 the pizza is doughy and I'll have to ask them to re-bake. They used to keep hand sanitizer at the entrance to disinfect your hands but now they keep it in the back and haven't even bothered replacing the station for customers to cleanse their hands.
