If I could give 0 stars I would !!!
What an absolute joke of a business. The store claims to be open from 12 to 6pm, but apparently they just decide to shut down completely at 1pm for a full hour-long lunch break. Not a “back in 5” situation—fully closed, door locked. If you’re only open six hours a day, maybe don’t disappear for one of them?
This is ridiculous she looked at us holding a cup of noodles through locked door and said I AM ON LUNCH 😣.
I asked her to call the owner because it’s not acceptable, so she did let me talk to her manager.
When I finally spoke to the manager, their response was even more ridiculous: “It’s normal for us to close for lunch.” Seriously? That’s your customer service strategy? Close your entire business in the middle of the day and act like that’s totally fine? News flash: it’s not. Every other food place manages to serve customers and let employees eat without locking customers out.
If your staff can’t be bothered to work a six-hour shift without shutting the place down, maybe you shouldn’t be running a business at all. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This place clearly doesn’t want...
Read moreOMG! I love 💓 this place! The staff are friendly and attentive. The shaved snow is amazing! The price, especially for the amount that you get, is super affordable. They have a huge selection and will let you customize it any way you like. Plus they run specials and give out coupons, which is how I initially ended up trying them out. My friend had a buy one get one free shaved snow. I've been hooked ever since lol. They also offer catering/ large groups and participate in fundraisers which I think is really great that they try and help our community. So, I usually try and pop in and grab a shaved ice for me and my son every month or so. Give em a try I doubt you'll be disappointed. They're hours are kinda limited, 12-6 pm I think. I'm not sure if that's due to covid-19 or if that was always their hours but either way it's probably better that they aren't open later than that bumbai I'd gain 10 pounds if...
Read moreThis place is disappointing. Not recommended. Compared to jo jo shaved ice or Wailua shaved ice or even some of the food trucks were more exciting. For the same price of $12, I can get an Açaí bowl at Aloha Aina juice cafe two doors down and be more satisfied.
The cream top was just watered down cream. It didn’t even have shape. Flavors are all syrups, no fruit purée Fruits on the bottom? Why? So I can get to it once my ice turns watery? frozen, not fresh. A spoonful of Ice cream portion in the bottom was lazy. Better places put shaved ice, an ice cream ball, fruit purée, fresh fruit, and a cream top that hold its shape like whipped cream. Or a combination.
The owner should think about making a better product for $12,...
