The order was wrong and they said they couldn't fix it. They argued that we didn't order egg rolls, but for some strange reason after we paid and drove forward the cashier asked if we ordered fries, we didn't, nor did we receive a receipt when paying to make sense of her odd question. There was one other car in drive thru ahead of us and nobody in the lobby. We wouldn't have known they missed one of three items ordered if they didn't say we needed to pay an extra 50 cents because our item only came with one sauce and we wanted 3 (4pc chicken strip and 3pc egg roll), but they could only give them to us if we had asked for them when placing our order. We were happy to pay for extra sauce, but to have to drive back around to the order window and place a separate order for them and them refusing to fix the missing egg rolls is VERY strange. Since they missed a major item in our order eventually they decided they could let us have the 2 extra sauces free of charge (just no egg rolls to dip in the sweet and sour sauce). I spent a couple years working for the JIB franchise at multiple locations as needed, so I am familiar with many locations charging extra for sauce, but that doesn't explain the rest of the problems being ignored by the staff and argued with. Sadly the chicken strips were badly overcooked as well, too dark and very dry. The burger and soda were as...
Read moreI used to love this place but as of late they have stopped serving most of the menu at night and you're only able to get fried items and/or items from their snack menu which is about 5 different items to choose from. The staff are hit or miss as far as customer service. They have a few staff members who are extremely pleasant and attentive while the other half are short, dismissive, and rude. I've heard on more than one occasion that people who've paid for their food with their debit or credit cards later noticed unauthorized charges on their cards following their visit to jack in the box, whether or not that is a coincidence or not is not for me to speculate but having heard of it happening I make it a point to only use cash when going there. Otherwise, the food is pretty good. I love their egg rolls, which luckily is one of the few things they actually will make after 10 pm. Their breakfast stuff is good and the variety is better than McDonald's or burger King but they are definitely a bit more expensive than others. Went there today with friends and it was $11.08 for a small shake and large curly fries but they do have a few items that are pretty cheap and their app gives away free stuff and discounts all the time...
Read moreSince they are the only fast food drive through that has Dr Pepper it's an easy decision to make when I'm thirsty and need a bite to eat. I am a bit unhappy that the food often doesn't appear like the pictures. I bought one of your recent breakfast offerings with steak in a burrito with cheese. All of that was in there but they failed to mention the HOT sauce on it. 🤤🤤 While the flavor was great, my hiatal hernia really didn't feel appreciative. A little warning would be nice? The counter help are usually wonderful and very helpful! I had the occasion to overhear either a manager or asst. manager speak/rant at the drive through employee and I was NOT impressed. After the manager finished I wanted to pull the manager aside to let him know how should he want to discipline (yelling?! Really?!!) an employee he needed to do it in the back office! Unfortunately he disappeared
To recap, food great while not as great as the photos, counter help always cheerful and helpful. Manager needs some remedial "employee...
