Wendy's — Restaurant in Hawaii

After saying our order the girl on the mic says “THANK YOU” rudely like she was annoyed with the way we said our order. (We made her change a few items due to miscommunication). Once we pull up into the drive way the same girl on the mic whos handing our money is looking at us the wrong way already giving us stink stares. She was the skinny filipino girl with lots acne on her face. After we pay she leaves for whatever reason and the manager or assistant manager comes and gives us ATTITUDE. She was the fatter local looking one with tattoos. After we get our food we leave already annoyed with their terrible customer service then we get home and find out were missing one of our burgers. So we drive all the way back to waipio and we end up at the window where the same fat manager is and we say excuse me and she looks at us like shes so annoyed. We tell her she forgot our food and she starts to DRAMATICALLY take off her head piece from her ear and has the audacity to say “what??!” Like were lying about it...After we repeat that they forgot our burger and she pulls out random papers and waves them in the air without saying anything.(like shes throwing a fit) After her being extra as hell, she comes back waddling and we can see her angrily opening one of their paper bags by whacking it through the air. Like it was so loud. ALL THE MEANWHILE SHES sighing loudly. Once she gives us the bag she fakes a smile and says thank you. To make this long story short we get back home and they forgot to add any sauce. ALSO we didnt eat any of our food cause im sure they spat in it or something. Dont waste your money there untill they change their workers attitudes and...

Wasn't going to post because it wasn't worth the hassle and aggravation but still annoyed. Just got done with grocery shopping so did a drive thru, they had those coupon special you get in the mid week newspaper. We normally go to Jack in the Box or McDonald's for breakfast sandwiches well Wendy's was different and we wanted to try. They had a buy one get one biscuit or croissant, at the get go I told them didn't know what the others wanted so I have coupon for both so I'll try both (so hence the 2 coupon) then they had a coupon to try their frost tini, so again I mentioned it was free with a purchase of anything, so I told the Male do I need to get anything else to try it, he said chocolate or vanilla, so I took vanilla. It took a while as I found out why, the manager ( I guess) had to take over the register) because the cars (3) in front of me had issues with the coupons. In small prints it indicated one purchase per visit, which if I was told no problem, and when she asked me what a wanted for the free frost tini, I told her I asked the boy and he said chocolate or vanilla in proceeded to move forward. Then she said she had to ring everything separately to get the coupon special, I said how away since I came this far. Needless to say my ice cream sale from Foodland was melting! I even asked her (manager ?) would it have been easier and faster if I came in? She didn't respond. Won't recommend the frost tini as I got it with, what look like curdled milk floating in it. Wendys, one of the few small town favorites that I like to roll by, ESPECIALLY during the season when they bring back my favorite salad of summer, The Strawberry Summer Salad. Lol. Mind you, Summer time is the prime time I mostly come here, why? Cuz the strawberry summer salad. But in all seriousness, it's a light salad that has some cheese in it, Strawberries, almonds (which are optional if you decide to open the bag of nuts), your typical greens, and comes with a packet of a flavored vinaigrette to compliment the salad and the strawberries sweetness, along with lightly roasted chicken. 😋 Oh! And their frosty, especially the summer time strawberry frosty, is light and sweet and like a milkshake almost, one of the best choices to order if they have it.

While it's a good place to stop by for a quick bite. I give the rating I do, because of the customer service from which I will refrain.

But! Let's forget that and focus on how good the food is. :) The Big Bacon Cheddar Burger is to die for! It has a sweet BBQ sauce with tons of cheddar, meat, fried onions, And some other ingredients I couldn't quite get at the top of my head, BUT ITS STILL ADDICTING!
