PRE-ORDERED a 30 pc Classic Crew Pack for Super Bowl and paid in advanced. Arrived a little earlier to pick it up thinking maybe they may have it ready earlier because I PRE-ORDERED it. Nope was wrong! Was told by the person handling the pre-orders, that all of the scheduled orders are expected to take 45 MINUTES EXTRA!?! What’s the point in pre-ordering if you still have to wait long…At that point, the person told me that it was because their fryer “was not frying properly”?!?! Let me just tell you this wasn’t the first time I heard this reply from them for my orders. You would think that for a business that’s main items are FRIED, they would AT LEAST have a PROPER working FRYER….this is really BASIC STUFF THEY ARE FAILING AT…Asked for a refund, wasn’t going to wait. To make a long story short, ended up buying pizza from Costco the same day instead for about $50 less, and got it literally in 5 minutes max. Now that’s what you call a place that knows how to handle Super Bowl and large crowds, no pre-orders needed. To end my review, I did get my refund eventually after going back to the place about 2 times and talking to like about 3 different people because it seemed like no one had the authority to do anything at the moment for me, played the waiting game for a total of 12 business days after to get my refund which I was originally told would come in 7-10 business days..Sorry not ever going back to Wing Stop again. Not even is the quality of their food as good as it used to be…everything has gone downhill for this place for me, I hate...

Tonight, I placed an online order. I know that Friday nights can be tough on the restaurant industry, so when it said 741-746 for my pick-up window, I said 750 would be doable. Maybe even 8.
When I got to the store, I told the cashier my name, then she had to find her pen. Then she had to answer a customer call. Then she asked me my name again. She said "unfortunately, ma'am, we are still working on that."
I went out to my car and came back in at 805.
I then waited in the restaurant lobby while I watched the same cashier sneeze (although into her shirt) multiple times without washing her hands. I also watched another worker wrapping up brownies. And, as he went to put them on the shelf, proceed to drop 3 of them on the floor. He did throw two of them away, and I guess the 3rd one will find its way there when it's found later.
The 'manager' or older woman working was asking the customers for anyone who had been waiting over and hour. So, all of the online orders got pushed to the back while those were prioritized. The manager was also wiping down parmesan shakers. HELP YOUR EMPLOYEES MAKE ORDERS!

Read moreVERY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! We visited from the Northshore and this is the nearest that we have along the way. We ate here dinner time. It was our first time and definitely the worst experience ever. I ordered 5 tenders and I needed to wait for exactly an hour and 21 minutes for it. There were three of us who ordered and after an hour of waiting, the last friend who ordered followed up and made a promise to have the food ready in 6 minutes. Of course we expected that my food is gonna come before him because we technically ordered the same thing. Apparently, they do not give your food in the order it was taken. If we didn’t follow up on that, we would have ended waiting longer. Mind you, the store is not even full, the staff are just very slow and they are just talking with each other sometimes. The funny thing is that I never heard “We are sorry to keep you waiting.” Instead what I heard was “Here’s your order, man.” Definitely the worst customer service I have encountered.
