Absolutely Disappointing Experience with Mobile Order & Terrible Customer Service
I am writing this review to express my utter disappointment and pure frustration over my experience at the Starbucks located at Carson st. I have been an ardent supporter and loyal patron of Starbucks for years, and have always sung praises regarding the exquisite quality and variety of their beverages. However, the incident that occurred yesterday has completely shattered my faith in Starbucks and its commitment to customer satisfaction.
Yesterday morning, I used the Starbucks mobile app to place a highly customized order, just like I always do. I requested my favorite concoction, which consists of a magnificent blend of 12 shots of everything, making it a total of around 90 different toppings and additions. This may seem excessive to some, but it's my indulgence, and it brings delight to my taste buds. I received confirmation that my order had been accepted and proceeded to the store to eagerly await my heavenly beverage.
However, I was appalled when I arrived at the Starbucks counter and the manager, with an obvious air of condescension, informed me that they had refused to make my drink. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to make a single cup with a meager attempt at incorporating some of my requested ingredients. I told them it would be fine to put it in multiple cups, then manager walked away and they began to make my drink. It was crystal clear that my order could not fit into one cup, and I was disgusted by the lack of effort and outright negligence displayed by the staff.
The manager's demeanor was patronizing and dismissive, which left me feeling humiliated and furious. Instead of trying to rectify the situation or offer a reasonable solution, they stood there, with a smug expression, essentially implying that I was the one at fault for daring to place such an order. While I understand that my order may have been overwhelming, there was no excuse for the rudeness and sheer absence of basic customer service.
This entire ordeal has left me extremely disillusioned with Starbucks, a brand I once cherished and held in high esteem. It's deeply disheartening to witness that a company, which prides itself on inclusivity and variety, would treat a customer in such an unjust manner. As a result of this egregious experience, I am left with no choice but to reconsider my affiliation with Starbucks and to advise my friends and family to do the same. The staff at this location has forgotten the importance of good customer service and simple empathy, which are the cornerstones of any successful business. Read moreTerrible Feamale Employee is there. She made mistakes. However, she never apologized. Then she blamed me that I didn't tell her about it. There are so many mistakes in this store, of course, I could understand about some mistakes. Another employee apologized her mistake so I could say that it was OK. However, in her case, she started blaming the customer. Your store should educate for Customer Service. This is why I always received a receipt for making sure their jobs. Anyway, you had better TEACH the Employees the Basic of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THERE WERE SO MANY EMPLOYEES TO MISUNDERSTAND THIER SITUATION!!

I would like to suggest Google for Rating Base Line. Because I sometimes have a kind of strange feeling after reading the Evaluations. However, if Google suggested to people the BaseLine for Grading, I believe that Google Map Review will give more accurate Information and much more useful and help people who need the Information. Otherwise, compared with Reviews in Japan, the US's Review is easy to understand why the person is upset and Rated the Lowest or Lower. This is only my feelings.

Read moreI was there on this 9/6/2024 during the evening and witnessed one of the Starbucks workers who said her name was Leslie (not sure if that’s truly her name) or if she’s the manager but witnessed that employee as the most disgusting and disrespectful Starbucks employees to some customers. “Leslie” called the cops on a mom and her daughter because her daughter was simply being a kid. Leslie asked her to keep it down or she was going to call the cops. There was only me and like two others inside. As a mom myself I would be livid if someone asked my child to be quiet and then proceeded to call the cops on me. They’re kids !!!
