Christy’s Donut — Restaurant in Hawthorne

There are two reasons I love this place. One, being the best ham and cheese croissant I’ve had in all of LA. Secondly and most importantly, the service. I walk in almost ever other morning. I pour myself a coffee, mix in a little cream, cover it and turn around to the counter and I’ll have my ham and cheese ready. You just can’t beat the warm, friendly service. Our family tradition is donuts on your birthday. A while back on my daughter’s birthday we went and only had a debit card instead of cash. They trusted us to take the dozen donuts and return to pay. We were so moved that my daughter wouldn’t even touch anything until we returned with the money. Then she enjoyed her delicious treats. The best donuts in town! I had custom Donuts made here for my daughter's quinceanera and everybody was asking me where I got them. I just brought the sprinkles, the decorations and they made beautiful and delicious donuts for our event.
