Dinos — Restaurant in Hawthorne

This place is never first choice. The food is a 6/10. They have so much potential! They totally need to redecorate!!! Also the customer service…. Only the guys are nice and helpful. For some reason most of the ladies have a bad attitude.. not sure why. Also, this past Sunday I came at 815am. They open at 8am… I called five times no answer. Not a busy line just no answer. We pull up to the drive at and they say one moment. 5 min pass and we end up leaving. Like show up early so you can set up. No sense of urgency. This is not the first time either. I’ve been there before Waiting and two ladies would rather put chairs outside and ignore me then actually help. Like such bad customer service. There are two guys that are awesome tho. So it’s a hit or miss! This could be so much better and I hope whoever owns this place sees this review. Update your sign and paint your place grey or just make it modern. It’s stuck in 1993. I noticed a few of the one-star reviews only have one review in their profile what does that say competition a salty person just trying to bring this place down I'm sure let me start by saying I don't know why these other people gave bad reviews but Dino's is the best burger place I have had in a long time besides Jim's Burger on Inglewood. I’ve been eating here for about 9 years and let me say this the food is delicious ! The bacon avocado burger is perfect. The nachos and carne asada fries are so good and the portions are big or in my case just right.

The street tacos really impressed me and have become my favorite dish on the menu. They fill the whole taco with meat and the pickled carrots on the side are the cherry on top. They have a variety of choices from Salads, Burgers, Tacos, and Soups.

The prices are pretty cheap for the amount of food that you get and the customer service has always been great. The cashiers have always provided fast service with a smile. I do miss dining in because it feels like a family owned restaurant which makes the experience that...
