Jack in the box is awesome, but this fast food store is the worst one ever. On one occasion in April 2022 we went and they screwed our order greatly. They gave us someone else’s order with ours and over charged us. It happens! The same day, they did not have any shakes. Then in another day in April 2022 we went back and they were out of crispy tacos. The issue is that if you get in line, there is no way to get out until everyone in front of drive-tru leaves. Therefore: Caution, go at your own risk. Check your food, check your bill and check if they have what you want before you go through drive-tru.
Update: owner wants a respond through website. Thank you for prompt reply. Jack in the box is not the issue. Everyone who eats at Jack in the box loves jack in the box. The issue is that you go to a fast food restaurant and they mess up your order in a way you need to give money back and food due to error. Also where you need to make sure they have what you want before you actually get in line to order, it’s sort of a store issue and not of a Jack in the box issue. Sometimes the line can get long and once your in the line ordering your basically stuck until everyone leaves if they don’t have what you wanted. Maybe if the store will be out of Tacos or shakes or sandwiches or anything they can post before getting anyone getting in line. ...
Read moreI don't have high expectations from any fast food chain. The food was the food, but this particular time was during lunch, and the two ladies in drive thru were having communication issues. I ordered the number 16, and when I was handed my bag, there weren't any condiments present. So I asked for sweet and sour sauce. The manager looking lady said, "it's in the bag." I replied, "there's no sauce in here." So she says, "Here's some more." Some more what? As if there was some already in the bag. So before I drove off, I checked the bag completely. I then asked, "Can I have a fork too?" The lady attitude worsened and told me there was a fork in the bag. I showed her the bag with just the food and napkins in it and she the said, "here's another one." Another what? When i was pulling off i heard the manager lookig lady ask the insubordinate, "you didn't put a fork and condiments in the bag?" Now, I understand S.O.S. because i used to work drive thru at a fast food restaurant, but how you improve your time is by improving your service not rushing...

The man at the cash register gave me terrible customer service meanwhile the gentleman in front of me who had a lighter complexion received quality service.I had to wait TEN minutes to order my food. I purchased some food from here and received food poisoning. The workers here are grimy and childish. It’s bad to the point I had watch them prepare my drink in case they’d do something to it. Will never contribute another dollar to this franchise. Thanks for letting my food sit out to the point it’s cold. The cook tampered with my food by putting a bunch of spices on my chicken sandwich. I should’ve walked out once they started spraying chemicals around the food to clean the floor and drying areas. Just know you’re eating cross contaminated food mixed with soap and cleaner....
