Cougars Burgers – Juicy Patties & Big Flavor with Just a Few Misses
Cougars Burgers seriously knows how to grill up a solid burger. If you’re craving something meaty, messy, and satisfying, this place won’t disappoint.
🍔 The Burger: Big, bold, and juicy. The patty was flavorful and clearly fresh—not your average frozen puck. The toppings were generous, especially the grilled onions and melty cheese. The bun held up nicely too, even with all the saucy chaos going on (which I respect deeply). This is the kind of burger you eat with both hands and a stack of napkins nearby.
🍟 Sides: The fries were crispy and seasoned well. Not mind-blowing, but solid. I appreciated that they didn’t come out soggy or underdone. Onion rings were extra crunchy and definitely worth trying if you’re into that golden-fried goodness.
🥤 Drinks & Extras: Good selection, and the milkshakes? Chef’s kiss. Thick, rich, and perfect for dipping fries in (no judgment). They didn’t feel like an afterthought.
👨🍳 Service: Friendly and fast! Staff seemed to genuinely enjoy being there and offered good recommendations. That said, the food took a bit longer than expected for a burger joint, but it was worth the wait.
🧼 Cleanliness: Dining area was clean, and tables were wiped quickly between guests. Nothing fancy, just tidy and functional.
💡 Ambiance: Casual and a little quirky—like a modern diner with a local twist. Great for a chill lunch or casual hangout with friends.

Final verdict: Cougars Burgers is doing it right. It’s not perfect, but it’s delicious and consistent, which is more than I can say for a lot of burger spots these days. Knocked off one star only because of the wait time and slightly limited seating. Still, I’ll definitely be back when I need a burger fix that delivers real flavor...

I used to come here regularly for quick take-out — about 4–6 times a month. I typically just paid with my card and left without checking the receipt. On my last visit, I was grossly overcharged: $18 for a cheeseburger and a hamburger. I didn’t notice until I was halfway home, so I turned around and went back to the store.
The main guy there was genuinely apologetic and gave me a cash refund, which I appreciated. However, the employee who took my order and overcharged me just stood there silently, smirking a little — no apology, no explanation.
I’ve always loved the food and had good experiences with most of the staff, but that moment ruined it for me. Unfortunately, I won’t...

With burger in the name I was expecting a tastey burger but I was very disappointed.
Burger is frozen, dry, balnd and not seasoned. Bun was like grocery store quality.
Fries, frozen and not seasoned.
The place has no ambiance or atmosphere which is neither here or there if they had good burgers....
Im trying to support local businesses but the burger is sub parr. Its a shame.
I had the double bacon burger, should have been an easy home-run but unfortunately just very disappointing, especially at the price.
Then for the kicker. About an hour or two after eating there my wife and I both started feeling like we got...
