I came into this Subway because I was in the mood for something fresh and quick. The food itself was great — everything tasted good, my sandwich was made right, and the ingredients seemed fresh. So no complaints there.
But what completely ruined the experience for me was the restroom situation. After I made my purchase and sat down to eat, I asked if I could use the restroom and was told it wasn’t available. They had a sign that said “No Public Restroom,” which I found really unwelcoming — especially for paying customers.
I understand if restrooms are closed to the general public, but once someone has bought food, it shouldn’t be too much to ask for access. It just felt like they were more focused on rules than on treating customers with respect and care.
Having a sign like that inside a restaurant where people eat and drink isn’t very appealing. It gives the impression that they don’t care much about the customer’s overall experience. It made the whole visit feel inconvenient and uncomfortable, and honestly, I probably won’t be coming back to this location.
