The staff did honor the items that were wrong in my previous order and it went smoothly. I appreciate they took responsibility and made things right. So I have updated my rating to 5 stars.
This is a pretty good location. It is a newer one so it is the current style of McDonald’s exterior and interior. I have been a fan of the McD app lately. There are deals that you can use through the app. Some are really good deals and they also pick some deals based on what you buy. Another thing I like is you can order and pay through it and you have choices to pick up. You can go in store, or curbside if you park in designated spots or you can pick up in drive through. Best part is it is touchless. I have had no issues with food quality or service at this location up until now. I used the app and went through the drive through during lunch time. I had special instructions on a burger for my son. That burger had a problem, it had no patty. I didn’t know until I got home. My son was disappointed for sure. Not sure how this happens, he just asked for no onions. The good part is that when I called to let them know I received very good customer service and was given a fair compensation for the error. I have to go back to get the compensation but am pretty confident they will honor it. May change stars if...
Read moreHorrible customer service. This is my local McDonald’s and everyone I know that stays in this area agrees the customer service is horrible. I waited in like for 15 mins in drive thru. I stated my order and the lady at the speaker stated she couldn’t hear me give her a second. The menus then go black and its now the breakfast menu so I ask to see if anyone is there finally someone responds and it’s a different voice. So I repeat my order from 15-20 mins ago and she said they are no longer serving breakfast. Why not say that when I initially ordered a Big Mac that you were changing shifts and wouldn’t be serving that but to have me wait and say you can’t hear me is ridiculous. Then when I get to the window the supervisor who claims she isn’t all though her shirt was different took pictures of my license plate on the camera before she approached the window to apologize. The so I asked her her name she’s taking pictures she refused and said she was calling the police. All while recording me on her personal phone in one hand and McDonald’s phone in the other. Read moreI went to this location on Wednesday evening after work because it was close by my job. When I went in, there was a huge crowd at the Pick Up line, and nobody at the Order Here line. Nobody acknowledged me, or even bothered to come to the register to take my order. So I wait at the counter for someone to come. I waited for about 10 minutes at the counter and still nobody cared to come to the register. Meanwhile, there was a big line forming behind me. Some of the customers standing behind me began walking out because there was nobody to take the orders. Whoever was working there were too busy taking care of the big crowd at the Pick Up line. There were about 4 workers taking care of that crowd. At least have one of them go to the register to take care of the customers waiting in line. But no. Nobody bothered to help out. After a while, I got tired of waiting and just left and went to another location. This was a horrible experience. It was very unacceptable. I'll never come to this...
