Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lawndale

I would have given at 1 star but the reason I gave three is because the last time I food was disgusting and I complained about it they made it worth it for me to come back.

I do enjoy customer service I enjoy it very much great customer service for me goes a long way.

Have they not rectify the problem I would have band all taco bells.

Unfortunately the reason they didn't get 5 stars is because recently I was in their line and their drive-thru line for maybe 20 minutes just waiting to get to the front. When I got to the front instead of my food being ready and then needed to wait for my cashier to go and prepare my food.

A lot of taco Bell's these days are getting very very cheap hiring only one worker secure for the food and the customers even two workers are not enough I mean really I can care less how good the customer service is which there's isn't always fantastic.

But after so many minutes anywhere in line in the in the restaurant or online and drive through of waiting I leave and go find a better restaurant.

Needless to say after I got to the front of the drive-thru line and I saw how my cashier was my cook and how I had to wait longer for my food to now get prepared I left and went to Walmart and went home to cook...

I ordered 3 Doritos beef tacos via grubhub from this location for my mother who is bedridden. When the food arrived we found out there was no meat inside the taco shells at all. We thought maybe it was by accident on the first one. But after the 2nd and 3rd one didn’t have anything in it, we had assume the staff working on the night of July 13th at 8:45 PM must have had themselves a huge laugh at the expense of an elderly lady who can’t walk that night. Thankfully grubhub refunded the order. But I personally am not ok with this kind of juvenile behavior with food products. So I’m going to have to ensure this is directly reported to the store manager and district as well. This Taco Bell has given me great customer service. I always order the Nacho Bell Grande with a hard shell taco...always fresh. My nachos are well spread evenly with the ingredients that are used. I am very pleased ordering food from this location. And last but not least are the employees that are hired and have consideration on how to make and serve the food according to the Taco Bell standards. I believe that who ever owns or operates a franchise should always be aware how things are being done. For the benefits of the business especially the customers.
