I have visited a few of the Fosters before, I like the burgers and usually the fries. Today, it was different. The fries were not the same it was like eating cardboard, I did not finish them it was that bad. Today, the service was off, and they brought out partial order, I had to ask for the rest of my order. I got the 1/2 pound cheeseburger with fries, but they forgot the fries. My wife wanted onion rings as an appetizer, and I also got 10 boneless wings mild with blue cheese. My wife got the 1/4 pound cheeseburger. The burger was smaller than a mcdouble from McDonald's. My other problem today we ordered at 6:05 and another group of 6 came in behind us and they got their food first, our meal came around 6:30. The wings were very good this and my fries are the things that we had to ask them about it not coming. They made them quickly. The onion rings were good as well. And, you should know that Foster's changed ownership about the beginning of 2013. I discovered this in May when I went there and the personnel were different, and they had some new procedures for bringing your food to the table (instead of calling out your name, which I thought was friendly, they have a number you put on your table now).
It often happens that new owners, or new managers come into a business and ruin it by changing the very things that made it work in the first place ... all without doing a survey, all without looking and seeing what is needed and wanted by the customers ... all without informing themselves of what the customers like about the place.
Let's hope that Foster's doesn't undo the 'working installation' that made it the success it was.

This place is way too expensive to be having this terrible of service and getting food orders wrong missing items. The past three times Iāve ordered I have been shocked at the behavior of the staff especially the manager working. This is exactly why it took me so long to come back but I did have a coupon. The coupon makes sense to me now. I guess they went around to local businesses (including the dental office where I work) and gave out coupons for BOGO on items, and it worked.
