This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have been visited. Iâve given this place a chance 3 times now, and I still am left disappointed. The dine-in at this time is still closed. So, the first time I went was mainly for Wi-Fi only to be disappointed. I had already made a mobile order before I had arrived after I was told over the phone that their Wi-Fi reaches the parking lot. It most definitely does not. I would have gladly paid to go to a different restaurant to sit down and be able to use internet. The second time, they are no longer doing curbside. The drive thru is SLAMMED. Iâm talking the cars are almost to the road from the drive thru kind of slammed. We placed our mobile order per our usual routine and wait in the drive thru line. They have two different workers taking orders on the lanes, one for each lane. The one worker in our lane decides sheâs not taking orders in our lane any more after she gets done taking the car in front of us. She goes off to stand in the grass for a minute, then starts taking orders on the other lane that another employee is already working. Seriously? We waited 20minutes in a drive thru for an order that should have taken 5 minutes. Why are they not doing curbside? Who knows! Our order came to us lukewarm with an unsweetened tea.... the third time we go, the drive thru is less busy. Curbside is still unavailable as well as dine in. We place our mobile order, food is hot this time, but none of our sauces are in the bag. You get to the end of the drive thru and a young girl is stuck outside with a rack full of condiments, napkins, straws, etc.... my head is numb from this stupidity. Whatâs the point of placing your order, mobile or not, telling them the sauces you want, only to have to stop again at the end of the drive thru to hold everyone else up and ask for your sauces youâve already ordered before? Tea still was not sweet. Fry container was barely halfway full. This...
Read moreMy partner ordered through mobile, I walked up to the mobile/pick up counter/register and waited for someone to help me with receiving my order. It was Thursday around early 9ish in the morning so it wasn't busy. About five employees including the manager saw me but never said anything to me. I asked a near by employee if I was at the correct place for a mobile order, since no one acknowledged that I was standing there and never received an answer. Five to six minutes went by and four other customers were helped as I just stood there in disbelief that no one still had not asked me anything. I finally just blurted out, "I have a mobile order can anyone help me?". Two employees turned, looked at me and then turned away without saying anything. After about ten minutes went by an employee finaly walked over to me with an order and asked if I was so and so. It happened to be an order for a different gender whom I was there to receive for of two breakfast muffins. The entire time I waited not one employee came over to ask me if I needed anything. I was ignored the entire time. Had someone said, "Yes can I help you", they would have know who I was, what I was there for in matter of seconds and I would have known that they were working on the order. There was no communication, whats the point in the mobile service when it defeats the purpose in so...
Read moreUpdate 02/05/25 Went through the drive thru and got a chicken biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It was quick and efficient. The service was good the food was good. It was a win today. UPDATE 12/19/24: We frequent this specific restaurant due to it's convenience en route to work. We've never been especially impressed with this CFA. What happened to "my pleasure"? We haven't heard this in several visits. Our typical meal of ten chicken minis was haphazardly assembled. Perhaps they were being tossed into the box from across the kitchen (see photo). The usual snappy drive-thrus are a thing of the past, it seems. We continue to be disappointed in this restaurant but always hope that the next time will be better. While the food is always good (less the soggy hashbrowns and inconsistent application of honey butter on top of the bread), I think we might be done with this establishment. I went to the Haymarket Chikfila this morning and ordered a ten piece chicken mini meal with hash browns and a large soda. They asked me to pull over to the next parking lot, and they would bring my food. 6 cars went through the line before they brought my food. I share it with my wife on the way. This was the first time I had been parked at Chikfila. The concern is it should be quick,...
