Entry: Of I could rate this location a zero I would. The service is terrible. Upon coming into the facility the workers are nonchalant and melancholy. Chataly, specifically was unwelcoming and did not want to take my order. She barely acknowledged me and was passive aggressive.
Food Pick Up: When it came to picking up my order, my buzzer went off and I went to pick it up. I waited with my buzzer and watched as the two girls in the back talked to each other. My pizza was already done and sitting at the corner in the back. A few minutes passed by and I continued to wait. Another worker addressed a woman next to me, but neglected to ask me if I needed help. After 5 minutes passed by the the girls finally acknowledge me then gave me the pizza. Later I purchased churros and was waiting for more than 15-20 minutes. I asked for a refund and was meet with reluctance and told to wait. The staff was rude refused to give me a refund because suddenly the churros were done. And gave me the church's back. I did not feel comfortable eating them. And I am highly upset they didn't not give me my money back.
Prize Line:
My two boys were waiting patiently for their prizes. We weren't in people's spaces nor demanding they hurry up. When it became our turn Chtaly once again was at the desk. We approached the counter and she called another family up who cut two people including myself. I said we are next and she rlonce again reluctantly served me and snatched the wrist bands from me. She then told me my sons total and moved on to the other kids before finishing with us. The other kid was 12/13 and pushed my 4 and 3 year old to the side so he could see. I told the boy to wait his turn. And Chytaly rolled was visibly annoyed and didn't care to listen to what my kids wanted. I asked her for specific lollipop flavors and she ignored me and threw random ones on the table. After that she threw my wristbands back to me. I waited for the manager to be done with a customer and complained about the lack of empathy and professionalism. They did not care. I am thoroughly disgusted at the behavior of the staff and how my family was treated. I think the staff needs to be trained in diversity and to treat ALL customers the same not just the ones from your own background.
I organized a school event in January at this location and was treated similarly but slightly better. After this experience I will ensure my family and I don't return to this location, and that I organize the next school event in the Pinole location. Pinole has friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic employees who care. And the food comes out Pronto. I suggest anyone who read...
Read moreDon't go there! totally a scam! We purchase 6 time cards trying to use them in the future but all of those 6 cards expired the same day last Saturday! I specifically said I want those cards being used in the future visits. And the manager smiled and stated that's what she would do for her kids instead of point-based ones and those cards would be activated until the first swipe and expire the same day which we thought reaasonable. Surprisingly! It turned out all 5 remaining unused cards expired until we arrived there again today!! This store successfully scammed me hundreds of bucks!
What an awesome manager for the store, wish you the best time of keeping lying and fooling people around for making pity money that you don't deserve to feed your kids!
PD: If you purchased a point-based card, do be cautious their machines swallow your points like a charm, weak contact, slow reaction and doesn't have any swiping buffer, if you ever placed the cards on the machine more than 1 swipe's millisecond duration (you guess) do expect your MORE points being stolen, so preventatively you will have to go back to the balance checking machine for a check of 'mis-swiping' every time you play a game haha, I saw one time 10 points deducted within the same minute! What a huge burden and scam for families with kids around that's how I changed all my 6 cards from point-based and time-based yet can't prevent hitting one more scam after the other! The manager stated all others don't have problem, Only I have, thumbs up if you encountered any of these. Luckily I am stupid enough to not able to be a gamer. Wait, where are those gamers having kids and professional for your scam shop?
Put a sign out of your door "This is not for customers with no prior money scamming prevention knowledge!" While with lots of casino machines there, gambling skill is the only thing you contribute to the society and the next...
Read moreLast night was at Chuck E. Cheese with my kids, the manager cut off all games 2 mins before 9 and a few lights inside. My kids and 1 other family stood in line to get our kids prizes the young man that was about to help us asked us to give him a few minutes he will help us it’s 8:58… we waited patiently. Then a guy name Sanchos or Santos claiming to be a manager came from a different direction and told us to come back tomorrow they’re closed. Kids begin to cry and the manager did not care. We even explained the worker was already helping us and told us he would be right back which was before 9 and this manager did not care and directed the worker not to finish helping us. It literally was 4 kids. My 2 kids and 3 yr old boy behind us that began to cry after the disappointment. This was so cruel. The posted hours say close at 8 on Sunday but they stayed open until 9pm and then the manager had a nasty attitude. I told him I was leaving a review because everyone has to answer to someone and that was not professional. Me and my kids come here all the time we are members and last night my son said he doesn’t EVER want to come back to this chuck e cheese again because the mean man would not give him his toy. So disappointing. Now I have to waste gas to come back to an establishment just to pick up my kids prizes that they won and school is the next day which means after I get off work and they get out of school then we have to make a special trip when the manager could have let the young man finish helping us when it literally takes 2 secs to check the points and give the kids the prizes they...
