Louie's Bar and Bites — Restaurant in Hayward

I was a witness to a verbal altercation between a customer and the waitress Julie. My mom and dad frequent this place a lot and I went with them to experience what they so often love to do. However, unfortunately I have to say the waitress was incredibly rude & throughout the customer(s) time being there I noticed the waitress’s demeanor deteriorate. (it was a 3 top), the waitress also involved 2 other customers in the argument which my parents said were regulars, however they came in at the end of the situation and didn’t know exactly what was going on. I have been here twice and have not been disappointed. It's a fun vibe with stories on the wall, being family owned and operated, you get the feeling of belonging. Now for the food, I love soup, they change weekly, and I have had the Mac and Cheese soup as well as the Lasagna soup, they were both AMAZING.
