By far worst experience I have had at a McDonald's, If I could I would have given them half a star or no star. Traditionally I make breakfast from home but I went to this McDonald's because I wanted to try the new cinnamon roll. When I arrived the drive-thru line was somewhat busy as it can always be because this is a popular location but I saw a sign that recommended going inside for takeout. I decided to go inside for takeout. I was the only person in line to order and there was a DoorDash person waiting as well. My order was fairly simple as I got one sausage egg McMuffin combo, an extra sausage McMuffin and both a blueberry muffin and a cinnamon roll. After about 10 minutes another DoorDash person came in and a few moments later that person's order was ready. This upset the original DoorDash person who mentioned that our orders have not been taken care of and we should have went our food first. This disgruntled door dash worker was able to get them to make his food next and then after a couple minutes they noticed I was still there so they made me what they thought was my order. When they made my order I noticed that they did not put everything in bag. I decided to open the bag in front of them to show them that the entire combo and orange juice were missing. The worker told me that I did not order a combo or orange juice so then I decided to pull up my receipt to check and was able to confirm that I ordered a combo and an orange juice. she originally gave me the orange juice and apologize but then I mentioned what about my other breakfast sandwich and hash brown. She then told me again I did not order a combo and began to search for my order. During this whole time I noticed that my order was never put on a little screens that they use to make the orders in the back but rather they printed the receipt and just put it on the counter. Eventually after finding my receipt she then grabbed a hash brown and another sandwich.
All in all this location is not organized. They prioritize the drive-thru and DoorDash orders. The drive-thru is always busy so they want you to come in to make a delivery/takeout order but you have to watch them to make sure that you get what you pay for and that they make it correctly.
On a separate note I I must have been there over 20 minutes for this order and witnessed some type of shift change over which is partially why try to express patience with them but the team members that were leaving seem more concerned about making their own orders to go home than helping any customers and both team members that came into did not wear a mask upon entering but rather waited until someone said something to then put on their mask. In my opinion this is very rude of a staff that expects this of...
Read moreI pulled in and placed my order with no issues. I pulled forward and payed for my meal at the first window, there were no smiles or pleasant attitudes.
I promptly pulled to the second window to wait for my food. A gentlemen practically shoved the drink in my face without saying a word, while looking in the opposite direction. He then said, "ok you're gonna pull up to #1 and wait for your food there."
I let him know that I didn't mind waiting because every time that I have pulled into a reserved spot to wait for my food, my order is always incorrect and I end up having to walk back in for assistance. He smacked his lips and disappeared from the window.
A young lady appeared by the window and instead of saying hello, etc., she said "is there a reason you're not pulling up to the reserved parking space?". I simply reiterated that I always have a bad experience when I do, and if she didn't mind I could just wait for my food there at the window.
The young lady ignored my concerns and became aggressive and starting clapping her hands together as she spoke. She became argumentative and spoke to me like I had a tail between my legs. She said there was a timer and I was being unfair to the car behind me. There was no car behind me at all, by the way.
Her final words were "pull forward or get a refund if you refuse".
I said ok to the refund because at this point and with her attuitude, I am certain there would have been spit in my food.
Another young man came 30 seconds later and tossed the money in my hands and a very mean look. I asked what the young ladys name was but he refused to say and walked away.
No one had nametags, so I am not even sure who was who. But overall the customer service was lacking and I definitely won't be back.
I am 6 months pregnant and wanted to satisfy a craving, only to have been treated so poorly and forced to drive up the street to another location which was far more pleasant and polite.
The staff could use some coaching on how to be more kind to customers and remember that it's our business that keeps them employed.
I wont ever stop here again and will gladly drive 30 minutes out of my way to any location...
Read moreMost of the time the service is great but today was not great. I had a mobile order and it was a curbside pickup. The order came out in a timely manner. I noticed my son did not get his juice with his happy meal. Before I could tell the male server he was already back in the restaurant. I called in because I’m a single mom and didn’t want to get out with my son. The guy said he was coming back out and to have a receipt. I said sure because I had a mobile order. I showed him and he said it doesn’t say that I ordered a juice. I said it says I ordered a happy meal. I always order apple juice with my son’s order. He gave me the juice but acted like he didn’t want to give me what I already paid for. If the restaurant makes a mistake they should correct it and not treat a consistent paying customer like a criminal. I finally get back home and open my spicy chicken sandwich and the sandwich is soaked with spicy sauce. I hate soggy buns. As soon as I take a bite and the sandwich falls apart and gets all over my pants. Today’s experience was not great but I’m just going to assume the guy is new. Hopefully his customer service and order...
