I'm a regular for the Alambres because the guy Nelson is amazing and food always tastes good. Unfortunately the day of Sept 5th the lady in the kitchen who cooked our 3 alambres didn't put absolutely any effort into making the food. The food was BLAND ALL 3 OF THE PLATES. I went out of my way to ask her to crisp up the meat and burn the vegetables a little. She didn't even add the bacon barely any cheese on the quesadilla and ABSOLUTELY NO SEASONING ON THE MEAT. Just so very disappointing for being a regular and this is what we get for spending 80$ something and getting this in return. Paid extra for shrimp too!!! Unfortunately we got a disappointment Just absolutely disgusting. Vegetable raw still just grease still GREEEN ABSOLUTELY NO heat added to it. Sad looking plate under the quesadilla. Embarrassment for a women to be cooking and the food is disgusting this place is still ONLY good only because of MR. NELSON !!! Never getting anything else from here from anyone else...

Well let me start off by stating my husband asked for a Chimichanga w/refried beans &no guacamole but to add avocado. Wellllll guess what? They put whole beans &didnt put guac neither avocado. We normally go to the one in San Pablo, which is new and a great spot so we assumed it would be the same... as for me I got a Coctel de Camaron which is my go to in San Pablo but this place really disappointed us... as for the staff there was another family of about 8 ppl and I guess they messed up on their orders &one of the workers(I'm guessing the one w/more time there) started yelling at the cashier infront of everyone at the restaurant! SO UNPROFESSIONAL🤦‍♀️ and lastly the front staff makes you feel some type of way, not friendly at all... not coming back! The only good thing was their sangria preparada still not coming back. *almost forgot to add: my husband ate his chimichanga because he was not going to wait for them to make...

I found a long Orange Blonde Hair in my hot Cheetos burrito!! I was not trying be rude about the whole situation since I came to this restaurant several times before however the employees DID NOT CARE!! I found the hair once I was back home, so I called them to asked if I can come back to get a new one, which I did and brought in the old burrito with the hair in it. However they did not seem to care or even apologize to me in person. Also to mention I still had to wait for them to make me a new burrito which took at-least 15 minutes....I don’t understand why I had to wait when I called prior to it????? It was a huge Inconvenience for me and will definitely not be returning to this location. The employees need to be more caring when handling a DISGUSTING situation like the one...

Stopped by here for micheladas because the pictures from google looked insane and actually ended up being here on a Tuesday. Taco Tuesday was $1.50 tacos with a minimum of 5 tacos so we ordeeed a bunch and settled in to be really full. The micheladas were huge (though oddly warm and really could have used ice) and came with delicious Chile grilled shrimp. The tacos were great with moist meat and all the fixings we could have wanted. They also have burrito Monday - $7 burritos I believe - which looks to be a good deal too. Another spot I’ll for sure come back to next time in the Bay Area!
