I had a really bad experience at this Subway. I placed a mobile order for pick up on Monday, March 9th. I had ordered the buy 1 footling, get 1 free. I ordered the steak and cheese, on Italian herb and cheese toasted with provolone, less olives, more red onions, and mayo. I got home and I was hungry, being diabetic I have to eat. I didn't check my sandwich 😣 I should have but I believe it should be done correctly. I didn't notice there was no cheese. I checked the second sandwich, same thing, no cheese. I called the subway, spoke to Ravi. He said that there is nothing he could do. He can put some cheese in a bag. As far as the other sandwich is concerned, I ate it so there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager, he said he needed to call her and for me to call him back in 30 minutes. He continues to tell me that people lie to get free sandwiches, so I felt like he was accusing me of just that! It really made me angry. He should have taken my number and called me back. I called back and he told me he spoke to Geo, the girl who had made my order and she claimed she put cheese on the sandwich and that she would be in after 9 a.m. tomorrow morning and to save the sandwich and talk with her tomorrow...what!?! This is customer service huh? He said Isla is the manager, Isla, please talk with your associates about customer service and how to not accuse customers. I am highly dissatisfied and I would highly recommend not doing business with this Subway due to lack of customer service and knowledge of how to handle issues regarding mobile orders. She spent 10 minutes arguing with me rather than just fixing the problem. I just wanted my food made the correct way and was very polite about it but she approached the situation with a very rude attitude. She told me she couldnt do anything about fixing my order cause the app sent it through the wrong way. Finally after having to raise my voice, she fixed the issue. Horrible customer service, if a customer shows you the correct order on their app, dont argue with them, hell even if the customer is wrong, don't argue with them. Just make it correctly and move on. They say that they close at 9:30 p.m. but the workers are so lazy they keep it open until 9:00 p.m. or earlier. I used to work at Subway and I know what the count of meat is supposed to be. This Subway is one of the cheapest subways I've been to. For you regular customers who don't know about it, this Subway skips out on the meat. All you have to do is count it. On my spicy Italian they put on six salami and six pepperoni when it's supposed to be 10 each yet they charge you full price for it. I've also had experiences with some rude waitresses and people who don't even speak or understand basic English.
