Disrespectful and personally to invest with regulars enough to create a highschool locker room feeling. Places of this sort is supposed to serve as a neutral Haven providing a clear a try atmosphere for anyone to gather themselves and possibly gain a fresh prospective. I am debriding from a long and hard battle with homelessness,grief ,physical and mental health conditions but am glad I chose this period to visit here because the experience could and may just as cost someone their precious 💞💞💕💕💞💞💞💞 life. I speak healing in that place father, show up in their lives being the empathetic and forgiving force that welcomes broken souls for intermittent time away with incident,. NO MORE INSULT TO INJURIES ... BIND ALL NEGATIVE SPIRITS AT THE DOOR USING THEM AS THE DOORMATS FOR YOUR Children' FEET WHILE THE TRAVEL TO AND FROM. BLESS ALL SOULS INVOLVED IN THE DAILY OPERATION WITH INSIGHT FROM WHERE THEY STAND IN JUDGEMENT NEVER LETTING THEM SUFFER THE WAY WE HAVE IN THE STREET, GIVE THEM ALL BLESSING AR A COST NEVER AS STEEP AS US SOLDIERS BUT IN ABUNDANCE AS THE BENEFICIARY CIVILIAN CHILDREN THEY ARE. Unfortunately, my last experience at this café was disappointing and changed my opinion about a place I used to consider one of my favorites. When I tried to pay in cash with a $50 bill, I was surprised that they refused my payment without offering any explanation or alternative. Since I didn’t have smaller bills or my card on me at the time, there was no willingness from the staff to help, which was disappointing, especially from a brand I usually prefer.

Additionally, the attitude of the person who served me was completely indifferent, showing no friendliness or even an apology. The response was simply, “We don’t accept $50 bills,” with no options or flexibility, and they quickly moved on to the next person in line.

This experience makes me question the lack of training and how good customer service can make a big difference. It may not be a big deal to some, but to me, service is essential, and this kind of treatment makes me think twice about...

Some of the baristas are pretty rude. The coffee is good though. I hate that they don't put the lids on the cups. I ordered a frozen blended drink with whip cream and they did not put the lid on. When I attempted to put the lid on the whip cream pushed down into the cup and overflowed the cup. Making a mess all over my hands and the cup. The barista was bothered I asked for help cleaning the counter and the cup. She didn't apologize even though she should have know it would happen because she was the one who put so much on it, she makes these drinks every day. I was also bothered that I paid for 3 add shots and that there was quite bit of my drink left in the blender that I did not get. Likely at least a full shot remained in the blend because there was almost enough in there for another small drink...I felt like I paid for my shots and...
