Papa rallena is a Mexican loaded baked potato. It was amazing!! Baked potato, Mexican cheese, grilled to perfection and I got cabeza and lengua mix, cheese, onion, cilantro. Minus beans and rice. It was $15 but it was so big and a lot of meat! I love their spicy orange sauce and mild green avocado sauce. I would like to try their Malta and Al pastor meat with pineapple next time. They don't speak English and they have torta Tuesday - 2 for $15. Their base in in Sacramento and this location is in the corner of Decotto and Fremont Blvd (Fremont bank). They opened from 7 to 11 pm....
