their poisonous crap caused me food poisoning, no it had nothing to do w/ their closing time, but afterwards I was having severe stomach cramps and then DIARRHEA. i almost went to the emergency room but felt so weak and sick I didn't have the strength to drag myself there. Panda express is absolutely revolting. they've cut off their own business for good. their portions get tinier by the month and now it's a joke - THIS IS THE ONLY LOW END CHAIN WHERE I WALK AWAY STARVING AFTER A FULL ORDER - that's how tiny their portion, they put like 5 noodle strings and 5 peppers and 6 droplets of MSG and yes they / cashier "may" old 60's 5'0" female employee count it all. you can't get any cheap and stingy if you tried. I only go there when I'm on the road, when there's no other options or the nearest restaurant is too far away, but they've done it worse than burger king...I'd rather eat at 7-11 (not really) then EVER. GO. PANDA. AND GET. DIARRHEA. holy crap! how many other restaurants gives you the chills and diarrhea for crying out loud, after paying $10 for 5 MSG, ill-flavored stale noodles. these guys pick the food off the bleach wiped counter and throw them back into tray to give to unsuspecting customers. i know because people that work there told me they do it and of course I watched them do it, sometimes hunger and desperation will cause you to make a near illness inducing mistakes like Panda. food poisoning feels like death. like you are vomiting everything. that's my experience from this poisonous dirty infestation chain - a near fatal encounter on disgusting stale oil-drenched sticky...
Read moreJust stepped out with very unpleasant experience. No greeting to customer whenI walk in, the lady with glasses just keep busting with her online orders. I understand this is a busy hour, a simple “please give me a second, I will be right with you” won’t make me feel that I am transparent in front of her. Then I started to order, one of the item I called out right from my mind “ sweet sour chicken” again the lady with glasses gave me a strange look and “ha?” After that look, I am thought she didn’t hear what I said, the. I raised my voice and said “ sweet sour chicken “ then she said , “ we don’t have it” with another attitude look. I was totally blowed, I asked her with a calm voice “ why you are giving me an attitude? I understand that you might be tired, If you are feeling tired you take a break, you don’t give your customer an attitude “ long story short, I am always a person understand that everyone might be in a bad mood, but you should not bring it to your customer. Dear Panda Express employee, the lady with glasses, please REMEMBER use “excuse me, please, and other proper greetings to your customers even you are in a bad mood in front of your customers”
First time ever that I give a one star...
Read moreI will not patronize this establishment ever again. We were set up to do a fundraiser at this Panda Express. When I went to go set up our fundraiser Maria wasn't even aware we were having one at her store (she's the manager.) That immediately was a red flag because that meant she didn't even know there was a fundraiser going on in her store which also meant that she was improperly staffed for our large event. So when the lunch crowd was hitting, Maria was overwhelmed and did not want to process all of people coming to support our fundraiser. Mind you, our fundraiser wasn't taking any of their funds we were bringing people so they could make money and all we were taking was 20% of their total sales of the day. We were working to raise funds for a non profit organization for children, and the entire time her staff and Maria had an awful attitude. In fact we reached out to corporate and they apologized and they said that they will now be going to training because that is not Panda Express standards. I suggest in the future Maria, that If you are going to be a manager at an establishment you should probably know it's going on at all times, this was very...
