Horrible customer service. I called because the DoorDash app would not let me select a modification. The manager Maria told me how to handle it. I called back after the order was placed and she denied the modifications she asked me to do. What in the world?!

Specifically what happened was: We wanted an extra piece of meat with our meal. I called and asked how do do this on the app- and was told it was an additional five dollar charge. I ordered crab Rangoon’s which was five dollars and quickly called them and told Maria not to cook the crab Rangoon’s but to send an extra piece of meat instead. After What I thought was clear communication they denied the ability to do so and told me that they would have to send the crab Rangoon’s.

I don’t know how many times I’ve called this place with a modification because DoorDash will not allow it. This was the first time I’ve ever had any kind of issue. When I tried to ask who I could speak to about the issue I was referred to corporate website. Apparently they don’t know who their boss is and the owner only comes around once a year.

just placed an order over the phone on 12/8/24. communication was a bit confusing with the person taking my order. had to make sure the order placed was correct because I'm not sure the person understood my order the first time communicated. once corrected, they said the total and wait time. they didn't ask for payment. figured we can pay in person at the store. went in, asked for our order. they said order wasn't placed and we had to order it again! very confusing why this wasn't mentioned over the phone. very much an inconvenience, as communication wasn't very clear and wasn't mentioned to pay while ordering over the phone. do you even take orders over the phone? because I'm not sure where my order went and wasted my time repeating my order that was never placed...
