Mattress Firm Union City — Hotel in Union City

I came to Mattress firm to find a bed for my hubby and I. Something both of us would like and have in a reasonable price... I've been to other furniture stores and looked at dozens and dozens and tried just as many beds but because I am only willing to spend 2k on a bed was told by all of the employees at the other stores I could not afford the beds they were selling in their store... which made me feel like shhht....(well damn I'm not trying to buy a rolls royce just a comfy bed) currently we have a plush pillow top beautyrest that we've had for about 14-15yrs and now it's time for a NEW bed.. walking in I was greeted by Robert (great salesman) he didn't make me feel obligated to buy anything but really gave me insight of what kind of beds they have what is in my price range and both my hubby and I would like... so I told Robert I wouldn't be purchasing anything today but will be bringing in my husband the next couple of days to look at some bed and he was a sweetheart and sent me on my way with a have a great day see you next time and that was it! Simple the next my hubby and I came in and was greeted by Robert again and Robert worked his magic on my hubby and we decided on a great bed! Purchased and walked out happy! This is what we were looking for great customer service is what kept bringing me back to Mattress firm knowing that I would get great insight of the products being sold there but also the service of not feeling like we could not afford anything... obviously not true! But sometimes it's the way someone makes you feel that you want to go back and get that great service!...

Went to the Union City store which was really convenient for me. Went in for a Queen sized box spring and a regular metal bed frame. They have military discounts which I used and liked. Mike, the store manager, really took good care of me with the service which was A+. My only complaint is that when I went to pay for the products, it asked if I wanted to make a donation to St. Jude’s hospital (I think it was), I decided to make a donation. I swiped my card for the total including the donation. I got a notification from my bank saying that the charge went through. But Mike informed that it didn’t go through. So Mike re-ran the transaction without the donation. That transaction was approved. Mike informed me that has been a known issue and that mattress firm would refund my the money for the first transaction. Mike also let me that if I didn’t see the money in my account by a certain day to contact him and that he would help me find out if there was any issues. As of this posting just waiting for the refund to be redeposited back into my account. But overall great experience and most likely will be back for more stuff, as the current sales they have going on are...

It was long overdue for a mattress replacement. Didn’t know much about today’s mattresses until I visited Mattress Firm in Union City. Marco welcomed me in and delivered high quality customer service. Marco truly exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable with all their brands, technology, and all the little details of the features and benefits of all their mattresses in their show room.
