I came during the soft opening. I had never been to a Tram Cream Coffee before, so I thought I'd try it out.
Looking at the menu you will see a list of names for the types of drinks that are available, but without a description of what is inside of it. You will have to go to the ordering kiosk if you want to get a summary of the ingredients included with each drink. There is only one kiosk and you will have to wait to browse the menu if you don't want to bother the staff.
I understand that this is a soft opening and the staff is getting familiar with the menu. There wasn't any indication of whether there were decaffeinated options for our kids. When asking the staff, they pointed to the fruit teas, but when looking at the menu ingredient list it said it contained black tea. When looking at another recommended drink it had coffee jelly.
We ended up getting fruit teas for the kids and I got the egg coffee because it looked interesting.
Reading the other reviews afterwards, it was noted if we want to adjust the strength of the coffee and adjust the sweetness you had the option to do so. I was not given an option to do so. I'm not an avid coffee drinker (once every 3-6 months), but I could tell there was a lot of flavor. The strength of the sweetness probably helped mask how strong the coffee was. I have no idea how strong the coffee was.

Read moreAs I’m writing, this location has been open a little under a month. Service is always nice and steady - depending on my order, I’m usually in and on my way within 10 minutes.
I’ve been to this location a handful of times and order something different each time. Every drink is customizable to your liking so it’s hard to go wrong, but some of the drinks are a little repetitive.
Please give the different cremas a try :)
