I would never buy again in this store, I saw them in July in search of my wedding dress, I had a picture of how I wanted my dress, it was a with sleeves dress, and Martha told me that she would help me find it, she asked me 500 deposit dollars telling me that my dress would cost approximately 1400, two days later I received a call from Martha telling me that they did not have the same dress as I wanted but that I could put on a jacket so that the dress would be the same as the one I wanted but that the The price of the dress was 1888, plus 350 of the jacket and apart I would have to pay for the dress to arrive on September 22, if I did not pay for my dress it would arrive until December 1st. I went to the store and talked to her and told her it was too expensive that I could not pay for that and she gave me a "special price" she told me to pay 2238 for the dress, the jacket and the shipping, and she included the alterations that I had to make the dress, she assured me that the dress would be the same as I wanted. It arrived on September 22 and nobody from that store spoke to me to inform me about my dress, on October 2 I began to call them and the phone was always answered by someone different, and they just told me they were going to check my order, I went to the I asked for my dress on October 14 and they told me that during the week they would talk to me during the week and nobody talked to me, I went back to the store on October 22 and they told me that the dress was not coming yet, I went of the store sad and angry because as it is possible that they play like this with my time and my money, that day Mr. Tony told me that he was going to take charge of finding out what was happening with my dress, on Monday the 23rd they left me a mailbox of voz telling me that my dress was there and they had a whole week leaving me messages to go for him, this is totally false they never spoke to me, on Wednesday October 25 I went to try on the dress, but ooo surprise the jacket was not the one I ordened, on Thursday, October 26, regrese So to the store to talk to Martha and tell her that this was not the jacket and she told me that we had never been in charge of the jacket j35 when even in my ticket says it is the mj354 dress and the j35, she goes to look for the jacket that I had tried a day before and come back telling me that he does not find it that maybe I took it in the box of my shoes, it gave me a lot of angry because with his comment I was implying that I had stolen my jacket, but an employee I found her, then Martha told me that if she did not agree I could return the money from the jacket and I said yes, she returned 175 dollars. Martha, is an AMAZING saleswoman. She advised their open by appointment only. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, Martha didn't try to sell me the most expensive dress. She allowed me to try on several dresses according to my style. She was very supportive, kind & knew a lot about the dresses & what Casablanca offers. Martha & Lucille provided SUPERB customer service even during these unprecedented times of covid19. She made me feel comfortable & safe. GREAT experience!

9/25/20 - Wedding Day The Casablanca Team, OVER exceeded my expectations. Not only did Mrs. Martha sell me my dress & wedding accessories at a more than reasonable price. She referred me to an AMAZING local seamstress, who was able to create my vision & customize my dress to my satisfaction! For our actual wedding. Martha, Lucille and the ENTIRE Casablanca Team decorated our house, took our wedding photos and done the videography. They can REALLY do it all! They are all very pleasant, professional and willing to do what it takes to make your dreams a reality! I added some photos taken by the Casablanca team. I was OVERLY pleased, excited and my wedding day could not have went any better. Martha, is heaven sent! From start to finish. Casablanca, sold me my dress, decorated, took photos & videos, assisted me with getting into my dress (the day of) & lastly will be creating our wedding album! As a single mother, I made a great effort to find a good dress for my daughter. I visited this place with the hope to get a clear, good service. Little did I know I got greeted good and the service provided was good as well. However, I felt pressured to purchased right away, the lady who helped me Martha? said my dress could take a year to come, so I panic and give a $500 deposit. This lady did not warned me the following: "As soon as you give $$, you will not get a refund even if you order within 2 years in advance, you cannot choose another dress if you change your mind" Today 7/29/2022 at 6:50 pm, I was told with a sarcastic tone "It is on your paper" I will tell you when the dress is here around January or March. Reluctantly, I left with the worst disappointing taste in my mouth and a crying teenager, due to the lack of help.
