If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered at 5:22pm via the mobile app. 6:20 PM the order said it was on the road and by 6:35PM the order said it was complete. Our food was not delivered. I called and was told it was still on the way. I waited another 20 minutes before calling back again to be told by a different person it was on the road. I asked them to confirm with the driver if he had in fact delivered to our address, or they owe us a refund. I was passed to a "manager" who proceeded to speak over me, would not allow me inform him that on two separate occasions I was given incorrect information. he told me he would call the driver to cancel the order, and issue a refund. I told him I didn't want refund at that time, I wanted to be reassured my order was indeed on the way as it was double the anticipated wait time. He told me he couldn't do that, that my place in line doesn't jump up because I want it to. Continued to interrupt and speak over me and finally said I'll refund your order, goodbye-and hung up on me. I understand everywhere is short staffed and extremely busy. What is completely unacceptable to me is a 45 minute anticipated order time-turned into almost 2 hours-If you can call the driver to cancel the order why cant you call to find out if the order is actually on the way. Worst establishment ever, you have a joke of a manager that doesn't care what the customer wants, nor does he hold a customer is always right attitude. Your application does not tell a customer that an order has been delivered if it in fact has not been delivered. Just because your establishment is busy does not mean that you allow customer service to decline as a result, speak to your customers in a "I Don't Give a flying Eff" attitude, and hang up on them. Read moreIf I could give this a zero I would this rating is based on roughly a hundred visits over the last few years with this exact Hungry Howie's I have lived in the area my entire life and it had some amazing experiences with them but over the last few years they have continued to get worse and worse with customer service and also quality of food the other night was the last straw I made a commitment to never go to this location ever again I called ordered they told me it would be 30 minutes because I knew they were busy I waited about 35-40 minutes and showed up I was told by the manager my pizza was in the oven and they were just waiting on it 45 minutes later after being told that they were making it it was in the oven they started to make my order in the meantime there was at least seven other customers who are also waiting over an hour for the order at that point once we started requesting refunds the manager who was about 20 and obviously hated her job started to cuss out all of the employees including a young girl who was definitely still in high school telling them it was their fault and that they are bad at their jobs but she was the one who lied to me and other customers about our situation they then made our orders and Burt the next five pizzas because they were running around trying to figure out what was going on I called corporate and let them know the situation I actually recorded the manager cussing out the employees and sent it to them via email I am hoping they resolve this issue internally so that we as local customers can have a decent experience for now I'm driving to another city just for some pizza I really hope this review is helpful and if you do decide to go at least know that you're more than likely going to...

When the salad arrived, the cucumber looks old, yellow, and bruised, the salad itself was half cheese, they forgot the onion, almost no lettuce, and the container wasn't even filled. I paid for a large... I called to speak to a manager to request a refund because of the quality of the salad. He said he would and hung up on me. I called back because i wanted to know when and how they will refund me, which wasn't mentioned before he hung up on me. When I called back to ask these questions he proceeded to yell at me on the phone and hung up on me again. For management to react this way is unacceptable...I took a year off from ordering from this location because of terrible service and the food being less than ok...
