Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hazle Township

On 03/27/2025 I went threw the driveway and order when I got to the window and they gave me hot coffee I told the lady excuse me this is not what I ordered, she asked a younger one with orange pinkish hair what she should in this case, she responded well she has to make a line again and buy another , I responded no Im not I want my order, upon my respond she raised her voice started to turn her back and kept saying she was not going to give me what I wanted then walked to the window took her head out with her voice very loud told me you did not order a ice coffe you ordered that, I said the recit even says my order a another worker said to me dont wooorie I well make your order, the the one screaming told her, your a people pleaser and was made at her and was telling her this is why I hate my job. Im em glad I kept my cool all this time, but dunkin donalds in church street in hazelton. The way this employee treated a car full of clients is unaceptible and as a grupe of cliente we expect to be treated with a more decent way. And take action with this employee. So went through drive thru there before work recently I ordered a breakfast sandwich all was ok but sandwich had no protein on it which I paid extra for. Today I went in person to make same order and took the actual sticker they place on the bag that has order number on it and time stamp. The young man at register was very polite and kind but when it was time for manager to come in she fumbled badly.(Older white female) She ignored the entire complaint being dismissive and stating she would not do a thing without the receipt for transaction from register. All I wanted was that the protein be comped on this sandwich being they failed to place it on my last order. She was not able to hear my concern and or apologize at least for the inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and check order before leaving drive thru because the manager does not care about customer service there. Every time i go to this store 9 times out of 10 my order is incorrect, well today was the last straw, first the woman at the drive through took my order incorrectly then i was asked to wait in the parking lot for my food, i waited about 10-15 min, 2 times they brought me food and my order was incorrect, then i go in and the manager gives me a wrong order not what i ordered or asked for, i drove home not knowing this and open my bag, at this point my blood is boiling, i was angry at the lack of attention to detail. i know what i asked for, the drive through attendant wrote it incorrectly, I'm furious and disgusted i paid 23 dollars for the wrong order. whats worse the girl who brought the wrong food out asked me 2 times what i ordered and still got it wrong, I had to walk inside to get my food, I'm furious, i am a very...
