Went last Thursday evening 9ish. Waited about 5 minutes for anyone to say anything at drive-thru box. Manager put in my order wrong at the window, and then would not substitute barbecue sauce instead of wing sauce on the boneless tenders . She rung up honey mustard on my order. I told her that other locations (such as OldBridge 9s) do that for me all the time. She walked away and sent one of her employees to the window who just walked up to the window and said "na" in a real ghetto tone, then laughed for a little while, then said "manager said na, she won't substitute sauces on the order". This was like a $45 order; however, even if it was a $5 order, I expected some level of courtesy let alone professionalism coming from the manager (if not the employees). Next time, we'll just go to Planet Wings or Chicfila. After having to leave this review, given the vibe I got from the employees, I'm seriously worried about them spitting (or doing something equally ghetto) to my next order. Never going back there...
Losing a customer over sauce substition just seems off to me... Not really sure if this is employees playing a prank or some kind of policy... Either way, maybe I'm wrong, but I thought it was role as the customer to tell the store I visit how I like my food within reason, and their role to do their best within reason to fulfill my order the way I like it so that I come back next time. . I ordered the Taste of KFC 8 Nuggets/Fries deal for 5 dollars. The first time I got my order, i got TWO sets of fries, NO NUGGETS at all.
The guy who put it together said "You didn't order extra nuggets" to which I said "You didn't give me ANY Nuggets". He proceeded to stare at the screen, then go back, get my nuggets, and throw the box in front of me, no apology, no nothing.
I then get home. 6 Nuggets, and 1 little extra piece of breading. 2 nuggets missing.
Don't know what happened to this store, but it's got some people (Not all, obviously, as I said, the cashier and cooks were great, thank you to those people) But the one putting the food together just doesn't care...
Side note: WHILE I was waiting for my food, another guy who ordered 2 sandwich combos (Comes with drinks and biscuits) Got the sandwiches..... had to ask for the drinks and biscuits again. Got the drinks.. then he got ignored until he yelled for the biscuits.
If people are going to order and pay for food (Not ask for extra, not ask for special treatment, JUST the simple transaction of food for money), they should get the food they ordered, and not be given attitude when the one setting it...
Read moreToday , I went through the drive thru to place an order and to my understanding the person working there by the name of kiora (if that’s even her real name because the workers there did not have name tags so I had to ask a co-worker for her name , and that’s the name they gave me.) From my comprehension , she did not understand my order . Now , that’s completely understandable to not understand a customer . But what came to my attention was the fact that she was really unprofessional on how she handled the situation. She answered back with an attitude and I felt completely disrespected. She could of simply been polite about the situation and the outcome would’ve been completely different . In the background I heard her laughing with other co-workers and that’s just upsetting .
