Online order tracker said my order was complete and ready for pickup at 755pm as I walked to the door. Once inside, there's at least a dozen employees doing work. They were slammed. It's a Friday night, I get it and didn't mind waiting the 5 minutes I was told, and waited outside with a half dozen others. When I went back in and was told my order wasn't there was the issue. Is there anyone that understands full English here because I don't understand much Spanish, and I ordered in English online.
He finally found it buried on the heating rack, with a ton of other orders. 3 medium pizzas, with various toppings, 2 cheesy breads, and had ordered three 2 liter bottles, to which I was told no drinks were available at this location, one man clearly didn't understand any English and just laughed, staring at me confused.
I took my order out to my vehicle and called the manager number listed on the online app. The girl answered, and I asked about the three 2 liters on my order and she said they didn't have any there and that I was probably reimbursed online... which I was not. I told her that I was in the parking lot watching her talk to me and that I was coming back inside for either a cash refund, or my drinks, to which she sighed and finally told me to come inside for the drinks that magically appeared after being told multiple times they didn't have any available.
Not one person made it feel welcoming coming through the door, nor asked if they could help me. Telling and showing them my name and online order number did nothing. I'll never order from this location again.... and quite frankly, I don't think I'll ever order from Domino's Pizza ever again period. This experience was enough to lose a...
Read moreSo today I had a horrible experience today I ordered 2 pizza and a soda at 6:35 and received only one pizza and the soda at about 7:05 I had told my driver about it and they said they would come bring the other one and over a half hour later I call the store to see what’s going on with my pizza and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude I had asked about how much longer it would be and she said about another 20 minutes by that point I no longer wanted my second pizza and just wanted a refund for the pizza I didn’t receive the young lady then proceeds to tell me I couldn’t get my refund unless I brought the first pizza back untouched which is highly ridiculous in my opinion but like I said I only wanted a refund for the things I didn’t receive she then asks to put me on hold and then hangs up on me so I call back 3 times and every time I would call, the employee would pick up the phone not say anything I would say hello and they would hang up. I then proceed to call on a different phone and I ask for the manager(wilbert) who had also told me I wasn’t able to get a partial refund for the things I never received and then mid conversation puts me on hold for 25 minutes without telling me I was going to get put on hold. I think this whole situation was highly unprofessional and definitely needs some better management skills because placing an order at 6:35 and not getting any type of response until 9:45...
Read moreJust wanted to share my Domino's Pizza experience, On 10-20-19 I ordered at 9:25 PM online, I saw on the order tracker that my order left for delivery at 9:48, I live 5 blocks from the store. At 10:15 I called the store to ask about my pizza and was told it would be another 15 mins., I explained that I work 3rd shift and was getting ready for work and thought it would be here by 10:00 so I would have time to eat before going to work. I was told they were busy and the driver goes to the furthest location first. I explained that I was a diabetic and needed to eat before work, so I waited until 10:30, called back and was told 10 more mins. When I started to explain my situation to this person she hung up on me. Well it's now 11:02, I am late for work and still no Pizza. I passed their store on my way to work and there were 3 delivery cars sitting in the parking lot. I have to wonder if I never got my order because I am caucasion, I feel discriminated against. I called the corporate offiice and told them what had happened. I got a call back from a regional manager who offered me a free pizza. I declined their free pizza and just asked for a explanation as to what happened that night and other than being told it was taken care of, Not on my end it hasn't THANKS...
