Subway — Restaurant in Headland

I have visited this location on a few occasions when passing thru’ this town, but this was the first time I’ve been to the location and received service this poor. I was not even served. Upon entering the establishment the two workers looked at me then walked to the back when I overheard one say “ does he think he’s getting served” and the other one asked if I was still in the line. I waited from approximately 1:08-1:14 only to not even be acknowledged as a customer. Worst service I’ve experienced in the Headland area. This particular subway was awesome! All the way around! Staff was friendly, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and actually seemed to enjoy working....and they both worked as a perfect team together! Despite my request of 'a microwave' couldnt be fulfilled, the submaker gave me the option of using the warmer instead of the toaster... i was floored at how nice she was and how she tried to accommodate my request with such ease and care! I was highly impressed and very satisfied! I would make the 35min drive to this location verse going to either of the two subways in my town that are just 10mins away from my house! Bravo to this...

Store is clean and food is good. Unfortunately the manager lacks all people skills required by a management position. Consistently blatantly rude to me and other friends I have asked. I apologized several times for ordering food on the app 30 minutes before they closed(google says they closed later) and the lady proceeded to say "I know what it says on google we've been closing early for 4 months why can't y'all get that figured out".
