I generally never review a business on a single bad experience, and this is no different. So, I gave it a second and a third chance hoping that it was just an isolated experience. Each and every experience the last 3 trips to the Copperline on Custer has been a hockey puck that tastes like charcoal and ash presented as a hamburger. In fact, on my last trip, I mentioned the previous 2 burnt burgers and was assured that it would not happen again. I am not talking about medium-well or even well-done. Nothing remained of the double burgers that resembled a cow. The outsides were crisp black and hard to even get my teeth into. Over the years, I have gotten good burgers from them, so this is definitely a new problem, but 3 times in a month is simply too much. I can’t be the only person, but once I have driven away, I am not coming back to complain or to call. I believe I will just avoid the Copperline from...
