The Breakfast Club — Restaurant in Helena

Going here is a gamble. Are you going to have to wait 30+ mins at the drive-thru? Is your order going to be wrong? Are they going to overcharge you? You just never know what you're going to get.

Their burritos are SO DELICIOUS. It's a shame that they never seem to have their act together. I understand they're a small business working hard, but at some point you have to recognize your inefficiencies & fix it.

For whatever reason, it takes them incredibly long to get your order to you. Cars pile up & many times, people leave because it's taking too long to even place their order. They are losing a ton of business & it causes the employees to feel frantic & frustrated. This isn't a good experience for customers to watch. I really feel for them.

I came in this weekend & luckily, I was the only car at the drive thru, with only one other customer inside & 5ish employees working inside. I ordered 5 burritos & it still took over 20 minutes to get my order which was wrong AGAIN! It's just really disappointing when I'm being charged extra for gravy & don't get it.

I respect their business & appreciate the hard work of their employees. Their food is really delicious when it's done right & it's priced fairly depending on what you get. I truly just don't get why they continue to be so dysfunctional. At some point, that becomes a...

Yesterday, November 18 I went to the breakfast club and bought a burrito called the athlete. It has ham, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, salsa and sour cream. I asked to substitute the sausage for steak. The burrito came out to $12. There was two pieces of steak in the burrito way too much ham and way too much salsa. The breakfast club was a very good place to eat. I don’t know what happen but it is going down hill. Originally the burrito supposed to be 9 something dollars. But because we took off the sour cream and substituted for steak and bumped it up to 12 something dollars. I got two bites of steak for four dollars? That doesn’t seem right. I wish I would’ve got more steak in my burrito that only would’ve been worth my money. But only two pieces of steak, like come on. If you were making a burrito for yourself, would you only put two pieces of steak and it? No I really don’t think you would. I think he would put more. It was an amazing burrito. The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. My husband and I have Given this place several different chances and each time is a new disaster. We have sat in the drive through upwards of 20 minutes before even being acknowledged that we were there, so the next time I called and placed an order for pick up and they told me 25 minutes for ONE burrito, so I agreed And went in to pick it up where I waited In the Lobby for another 20 min just to get up to the counter to tell me “we’ll have it right out” which they had not even started making after 50 minutes because they got it mixed up in other orders.
