This authentic Mexican food is spectacular! I have enjoyed every morsel of food I have ever eaten there and would order it all again. And again. The portion sizes are above expectations and the price is better than fast food. Adam and Erica are blessed individuals that make you an immediate part of the family. Every visit to El Vaquero is extraordinary. I've been in food service for 30 years, I currently manage a restaurant north of Helena, so I have a pretty good idea of quality/authenticity when I taste it ! Oh my. This is absolutely the best Mexican cuisine north of the border. US BORDER ! I've had it in LA, I've had it in Texas, excellent. But this is better.
