I went there earlier this evening and I ordered the $7 special that comes with the burger, fries, drink and a sundae. I paid the extra for a blizzard and when I got to the window, the young lady handed me the overflowing blizzard and the drink with no lid on either. I asked for lids for both of them and was told that they dont give lids unless it's for an order for door dash. Excuse me? Whaaat? I asked her why they would not give lids because with it being a drive thru, obviously you don't want ice cream or a drink spilled all over your car. I then told her I had been going to Dairy Queens for 50 years and this was the only one I had ever been to that refused that simple request and then asked to speak to the manager who told me the same thing. I handed everything back and told him to refund my money. He came back with lids. Imagine that. Got home and started eating my burger and fries and the burger was horrible. It was burnt and just did not taste like a DQ burger. There was obviously something wrong with the meat and I threw it away. This DQ used to be awesome but I'll never go back again. Read moreI have been to this location many times. There have been several instances where I have ordered a blizzard with 2 toppings and only received 1 topping. Tonight I went through the drive through and there was an older man working the drive-thru. After I had placed my order I had politely asked him to ensure that both toppings made it in my ice cream because I typically get one or the other and not both. He then proceeded argue with me and state the he has worked there for several years and that he knows that both toppings have been in my blizzards. He then went on to tell me if you put Reese's cups in chocolate ice cream you cannot see them to know they are there, which is definitely not the case. Furthermore, the other topping is the one I am typically missing. This man argued with me for several minutes. Once I got to the window and paid he slammed the drive-thru window. All of this happened in front of my children. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any customer service representative, let alone a family restaurant. Twice in the last month I have been in the drive thru and you dont know what is broken or what they cant make you until you are up to the order speaker and by that time you are stuck and cant get out of line. Last night they could only make Berger's and only serve cones!! I could have gone somewhere else for cheaper to get a cone or a shake. The other time I went for a shake and they couldn't make them because they ran out of milk!! Who is running this and why do you not ask for help from the corporate office!!! You need help with your business and right away!! I emailed the corporate office myself after I got home last night. I wanted an order of onion rings and a vanilla shake and could not get either. What a sad way you are running that store! I feel bad for the kids that are working there because I am sure they are getting the brunt of the aggravation from the customers.
